    This was my second stay, following last year, and I was surprised that the Room type was completely different from the one I had before. The view from the window was truly wonderful both times, but this time the toilet and shower were located by the window, which I think will really come down to personal preference. It felt a little unsettling to me. That said, the convenience of being so close to Shin-Osaka Station is hard to beat.

    The shower is excellent.

    Stayed one night to transfer JR trains at Shin-Osaka. We booked a double Room and were a bit worried because it only had a shower room with no bathtub, but it was much more comfortable than a regular bathtub. The Room itself is a little small, but there was also a massage chair, so we were able to rest well. However, the Japanese set breakfast was disappointing—not tasty.

    The in-room chair has a massage device attached, but it felt unnecessary. Other than that, everything was comfortable—perfect score!

    Good Hotel

    Located inside the station, it was an ideal place to wait during the intense midsummer heat. The amenities were good, and overall I was satisfied. However, the hallway leading to the rooms was too dark, and as a woman I found it a bit scary.

    We stayed for two ni...

    We stayed for two nights and three days. Since the Hotel is directly connected to the station, it was convenient for dining, sightseeing, and shopping (buying souvenirs). The Room had a massage chair, which really helped relieve our tired legs after sightseeing. The Room was clean and well maintained; aside from being small, there were no issues. Being directly connected to the station was convenient wherever we went. One slight disappointment was that there were no amenities such as cleansing oil, face wash, or moisturizer; it would be appreciated if these were available for female guests (even for purchase). We will stay here again when we visit Osaka. The front desk staff were polite and pleasant, making this a very good Hotel. Highly recommended.

    No skincare amenities are provided.

    This is the first Hotel I’ve stayed at recently that didn’t provide skincare amenities. I’m sorry for assuming they would be included, but it did catch me off guard. I appreciated being able to choose decaffeinated coffee. The Room I reserved was a no-bath type, so it felt like everything necessary was packed into the space in a functional way. If you just need a place to sleep, it’s directly connected to the station and works well.

    Convenient for business trips

    Used for a business trip. Since it is located directly above Shin-Osaka Station on the Shinkansen line, it is extremely convenient for catching an early train the next morning. There are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel entrance, so you won’t have any trouble finding somewhere to eat. They also handled my luggage storage promptly and courteously, and I had a good impression of the front desk staff. The Hotel as a whole and the room are compact but stylish; although slightly dimly lit, I was able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. I would like to stay again.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    This was my first stay, and it was extremely convenient because it’s located inside Shin-Osaka Station. I wish there had been women’s amenities like lotion and facial cleanser. The staff were very pleasant, and the housekeeping staff at checkout were also excellent. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. I didn’t have breakfast this time, but I plan to try it next time.

    Excellent access

    Because this Hotel is located directly above Shin-Osaka Station, it’s recommended for first-time visitors to Osaka. Both JR and the subway are just steps from the ticket gates. From Shin-Osaka, you can easily access all of Osaka’s major sightseeing spots. The Facility is compact yet well designed and easy to use, so you can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Whenever I come to Osaka, I always stay here.

    Clean, with wonderful staff, and directly connected to the station, making it easy to find. I’ve stayed here every time I visit Osaka for the past few years. I’ll be back.

    Aside from its convenient location near the station, it’s hard to find much appeal.

    It feels like something we have to use for business reasons. Isn’t it pretty questionable for a Hotel to say they can’t even handle lost-and-found inquiries because of time constraints?

    Very convenient

    The location is great. The Facility is compact and well organized, making it comfortable. I have stayed here several times; it’s convenient and clean, and the housekeeping staff are pleasant. For women, it’s inconvenient that there is no place to put things around the sink. At checkout, I always feel ignored because the service seems to be directed only at foreign guests. International hospitality is important, but frequent users are Japanese.

    Shin-Osaka Station Hotel

    I stayed here for an overnight stop after Itami Airport. It’s very convenient with direct access to the station. However, the Room is small! And with a massage chair, there isn’t enough space to open a suitcase, which was a bit inconvenient. The Room was quiet, and I slept well as promised by the concept. The bathroom was separate, and it was nice to have a chair in the bathing area—some Business Hotels don’t offer that. Bath towels, face towels, a cotton body towel, and other amenities were available in front of the front desk. The KEY COFFEE cup-on coffee came in both regular and decaf, which I really appreciated. There were also various teas. For breakfast, I had a morning set inside the station. Next time, I’d like to try the banh mi at the Vietnamese food fair. The view from the 14th floor was beautiful.

    A smell of exhaust fumes at night?

    Arriving late in Shin-Osaka, having the hotel inside the station was very helpful. The staff at both the front desk and housekeeping were polite and pleasant, and I had no complaints about the Room. However, during the night—perhaps due to outside air from the ventilation—I noticed an exhaust-gas smell and woke up several times. Given that Midosuji Avenue and the trains are nearby, and I believe there is a bus terminal on the first floor, it was a bit concerning.

    This was my second stay. Both times I visited Osaka for a live show, and this Hotel is very convenient and comfortable for Shinkansen travelers! Last time I stayed in a twin Room, and this time it was a double, and I was satisfied with both. The Room was clean, and the honey tea (available at the front desk) was also very delicious. I would love to stay here again next time!

    Directly connected to the station

    With its direct connection to the station, it was easy to get there without getting lost. Also, the Room had a back massage chair, which helped relieve travel fatigue. The staff were friendly and attentive, making for a comfortable stay.

    Extremely convenient

    I stayed at remm Shin-Osaka because I needed to return to Tokyo early in the morning. It was extremely convenient—just a 1-minute walk to the Shinkansen central ticket gates. The bedding and bathroom were both excellent.

    High-quality beds

    The best part was the bed! I slept very comfortably. I was surprised that although the Room is small, the layout is excellent and there’s no wasted space. The bathroom is separate, the shower is great, and there’s even a massage chair. You can really feel the concept of a relaxing space. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    Convenient direct access from the 3rd-floor North Exit of Shin-Osaka Station.

    The Room is small, but the one we stayed in was a corner room with many windows, so we enjoyed the view. We also appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate.

    For business trips t...

    For business trips to Osaka—if I’m arriving at night—Remm is my only choice. Before check-in, I stop by Yanakenbu for a quick drink with snacks like Tosa-style dorome and salt-seared bonito, and sometimes even fried moray eel, then head to check in. In the morning, I relax in my Room at the Hotel while watching planes up close for a while, and the Vietnamese banh mi at breakfast on the first floor is perfectly crispy on the outside. That’s my Osaka business-trip routine (lol).

    Insufficient toilet cleaning

    The Room without a bathtub was fine, but there was a strong foul odor, as if urine had clearly been splashed around the toilet area and left uncleaned. Each time I took a shower, the humidity trapped the smell, which was extremely unpleasant. Are you neglecting to clean the floors and walls just because dirt isn’t visible? Everything felt dirty, and I couldn’t relax.

    This was my repeat stay. It’s right by the Shinkansen platforms, so the location is excellent. Since it’s inside the station, everything you need is nearby and you won’t have any trouble. The Room feels a bit small, but having a separate bath and toilet—and a bathroom with a washing area—was a big plus. The night view from the Corner Twin Room is also beautiful. I’d be happy to stay again if I have the chance.

    It was very convenient, located right above Shin-Osaka Station.

    It was just a short walk from the ticket gates at Shin-Osaka Station. This time, I stayed here to see a musical along the Midosuji Line. The next day, I took the Shinkansen to Kyoto, then went to another musical in the afternoon. As soon as I arrived on the platform, I could get into the Hotel right away, so I didn’t feel tired. Even with No Meals Included, there are Tully’s and McDonald’s right in front of you. I plan to stay here again. The staff were also kind and helpful.

    Very convenient

    You can reach the Hotel right away from the Shinkansen ticket gates. Conveniently, station shops and restaurants are also just a short walk away. The Hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout.

    A Satisfying Hotel with Great Access

    Arriving late by Shinkansen, the hotel was perfectly located just steps from the ticket gates. The next morning I used the Midosuji Line, and access to the subway station was also excellent—overall, it was great. The Room is small, but it was fine since I only needed a place to sleep. The dim lighting designed for better sleep made it a bit difficult to do makeup, which is a slight downside. I’ve stayed at remm in Yurakucho and Roppongi as well, but for convenience Shin-Osaka was the best. Thank you for accommodating my small requests and taking care of me. Thank you very much.
