    It felt a bit dated, but overall it was fine.

    The unit bath was a bit dated, but I had a comfortable stay. I had plans in Ginza the following week, so I booked another Hotel in the same group with confidence.

    It was great that the Hotel was really close to the station. It was very clean, and having Doutor for breakfast was a nice, unique touch—and it was delicious. If it were a bit cheaper to stay, it would be perfect.

    For event use

    Amenities are self-service, but everything you need is provided. There are convenience stores, banks, and cafes near the Hotel, and you can access it from the station without worrying about the weather. The Room is a typical Business Hotel room and has sufficient facilities for your stay.

    Use of the Keikyu EX (2nd location)

    I enjoyed Keikyu EX Inn Kamata before, so this time I stayed here using Shinbamba Station, which is close to Shinagawa.\nThe price was reasonable and it was convenient with direct access from the station, so overall I rate it positively.\nHowever, I was disappointed that bottled water was not provided as an amenity.

    Overall satisfied.

    Stayed for two nights due to a nearby event and had a generally comfortable experience, thank you. However, there were some concerns regarding cleanliness: footprints on the center of the bed sheets, residue in the bathtub, and mold in the humidifying air purifier. These issues made me feel that cleaning could have been more thorough.

    For travel use

    I stayed here during my trip from Kansai! It was a 2-night, 3-day stay with No Meals Included and no cleaning service, but check-in was very easy. Convenience stores and cafes are nearby, and even on rainy days, the location is close to the station with covered walkways, so no umbrella is needed. Fresh towels were hung on the doorknob daily, allowing me to enjoy a clean stay throughout. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this place. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Thank you for your help during the typhoon chaos.

    Due to a typhoon, I requested an extension of my stay the day before check-in, and they kindly arranged for me to stay in the same room. Even when I mentioned my uncertain plans of possibly leaving if the bullet train resumed operation, they responded with kindness and understanding. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and welcome drinks, and I even received a complimentary cooling foot patch at check-in. The room was clean and user-friendly; I was impressed that both the air purifier and air conditioner were spotless. Being directly connected to the station, I could board the train without needing an umbrella despite heavy rain. I will definitely choose this accommodation again for any future visits around Shinagawa!

    The unit bath is small, but the air conditioning was comfortable.

    The air conditioning is odor-free and doesn't cause sneezing (amazing). Honestly, this alone makes the Hotel incredibly valuable. Although the prices fluctuate a lot, it's worth repeating as long as it's not too expensive. In terms of train access, Keikyu EX Inn Daimon is more convenient, but in terms of cleanliness including the air conditioning, I prefer Shinbanba Station North Exit.

    Just steps from the station

    Close to the station, I was able to return to the Hotel even when separated from my friend who tends to get lost. Convenient with drink services and amenities available. Next time, I’d like to explore the surrounding area, including the old Tokaido road nearby.

    From Keikyu Shinbanba Station

    3 nights, 4 days. Used for a live event and travel. The access from Keikyu Shinbanba Station is excellent. The hotel is right outside the ticket gate, making it easy to find and ensuring a comfortable stay. There are convenience stores (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven) nearby, which is very convenient. *About a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Destinations like Yokohama, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Roppongi, and Shiodome are all easily accessible if you have some familiarity with the area. The bathtub fills up quickly with water and has ample space. Cleaning was not an issue at all. It was quiet at night, allowing for a comfortable sleep. There were free amenities available in the facility as well as friendly staff service. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity. Thank you for providing such a pleasant travel experience!

    Feelings of Disappointment

    The room was newly renovated, but the water facilities seemed to be carried over from before. The control panel for the bidet was located on the left wall at a slightly high position, making it inconvenient to use. Additionally, there were red water stains on the sink and white detergent-like residue left on the shower curtain rail. What disappointed me most was that both the mini towel and body towel provided in the room were quite worn out from long-term use, feeling more like household towels rather than those expected in a hotel. Is there no way to improve this? Furthermore, the view from my room window on the 3rd floor facing Keikyu elevated tracks was almost entirely blocked by a wall. I feel it would have been better if this had been explained beforehand or if rooms with guaranteed train views were offered as a specific plan like other hotels do—it could become quite popular.

    Under construction a...

    Under construction and a bit annoying, but directly connected to the station! It has a Showa-era retro feel, but the area near the front desk is spacious, with free amenities like a coffee machine and Ahmad Tea. There is a coin laundry and a microwave available. The Room is a single, narrow, and sterile but clean. Free rental of hair irons and curlers (for women only). Conveniently located near a convenience store. Breakfast was from Doutor or something, so I skipped it and walked a bit to Kita-Shinagawa for a wonderful bakery cafe, which was very satisfying. As expected from a railway company, the service was polite and reassuring.

    Close to the station, and the surrounding environment was also good.

    I thought it was very convenient as it is close to Shinagawa Station and very close to Shinbamba Station. I was also satisfied with the breakfast at Doutor. I would like to use it again.
