There were also some noticeable drawbacks.
I use this property a few times a month for work. I’m satisfied with the Onsen and the complimentary services. However, since I want to continue using it as a reliable base for business trips, I’d like to mention that I’m concerned about a decline in staff service quality. Even when staff in uniform—both those on duty and those before/after breaks—passed by guests, there was no greeting. This time there were four such instances. Also, the disinfectant spray in the Room was badly cracked and unusable. Isn’t this something that should be noticed during cleaning? During my Multiple Night Stay, housekeeping also forgot to replenish loungewear; even after I pointed it out and requested it, it took quite a while to be delivered. It’s disappointing to see the quality declining day by day. Since I stay here frequently, I would like to request improvements.

Bath
Some foreign guests have poor bath etiquette. They do not rinse off before entering, are loud in the sauna, enter the cold bath after the sauna without rinsing off their sweat, and do not return the sauna mat to its original place. It was very unpleasant. Please provide clearer reminders about proper etiquette.

Golden Week Stay
We stayed here as a family during Golden Week. We often use Kyoritsu Resort properties, and our son—who loves Hotels—was thrilled! Considering the location and price, we felt the Room size was understandably compact. It was clean and pleasant. All the staff were cheerful, and it left a great impression that they greeted us clearly and warmly even when we just passed by. We also had breakfast here, and it was very satisfying. Of course, we fully enjoyed the Onsen on all three floors! We would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

The sushi breakfast, freshly prepared right in front of me, was absolutely delicious. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Used for business purposes.
I use this place for work every month. I appreciate the reliable service and the onsen. I am usually satisfied with the room, bath, service, cleanliness, and meals. As a shareholder, I support this establishment; however, I am very disappointed with the customer service. Today’s stay included breakfast, but a new male staff member said in a harsh tone that if my room number and name didn’t match exactly, he absolutely couldn’t let me in! The elderly gentleman before me seemed embarrassed and returned to his room. Since I also forgot my room number, I showed my reservation screen and provided my name but was repeatedly told “I can’t let you in!” As I only had 15 minutes for breakfast due to work commitments, I asked politely if they could check quickly because of my time constraints. However, he kept repeating “I don’t know! You can’t come in!” Later at the front desk, they mentioned there is actually a list of names available for reference. It’s understandable that some guests might forget their room numbers occasionally—couldn’t measures be taken both operationally and personally to avoid making customers feel uncomfortable? When leaving for work later on that day, I saw him again but received no apology—it seems he doesn’t think it was an issue at all. Improvement is needed here!

The sauna is excellent.
It's been a while since my last stay at Dormy Inn. I chose it this time because the bath was renovated in August. The reliable ice cream service and Yonaki Soba are always great. The bath is a black Onsen, and even the cold bath uses cooled Onsen water, which is amazing. The 20-minute interval Löyly sessions are fantastic as well. The music in the bath by Tokusashi-san was perfect too. Absolutely no complaints—thank you!

Business Hotel with Excellent Bath Facilities
The bath facilities are excellent, featuring an Onsen, ultra-soft water bath, sauna, and Onsen water bath. Guests are well cared for with services like post-bath ice candy, late-night soba noodles, and morning probiotic drinks. It would be even better if shaving foam were provided in the changing room.

Business Hotel with Excellent Bath Facilities
The bathhouse offers four types of baths: sauna, cold bath, Onsen, and ultra-soft water bath, which I absolutely love. The cold bath is comfortably cool at around 15°C. At night, complimentary half-sized ramen and ice pops are provided, while in the morning, you can enjoy a free lactic acid drink—such a delightful service! Although the prices increased by about 50-70% two and a half years ago (sadly), it has made the sauna less crowded as a result.

Minimal yet sufficient
The Room has only a shower, which is perfect for those who don't need a bathtub. A USB port by the bedside is convenient for charging your smartphone. If there's one suggestion, having an air purifier or an air conditioning unit with a purification function would make it even better.

The meals and Onsen are excellent.
Among the Dormy Inn locations, the meals and Onsen here are quite good. It’s just one stop on the Keiyo Line from Tokyo Station, though it’s quite a walk. If you have the energy to walk, the cost-performance is good. However! As mentioned in other Reviews, are the room wear items replaced with new ones each time? If such concerns arise, it makes one question the cleanliness. Around 4 a.m., there was loud banging on the wall, and when I stepped outside, I found that the linen room was next to my Room, and work was being done there. While many people praise the meals, is the service being neglected? For this reason, no matter how good the meals and Onsen are, my evaluation is critical. Please improve the service.

Overall, it's good, but...
The Onsen, night soba, and beverages are always satisfying overall, but the trash bins in the dining area were full and overflowing, and other guests were disposing of trash in random places. Regular inspections would be beneficial. It was also unsettling when someone stood quietly next to me while I was operating the machine during checkout. A simple "Good morning" is fundamental, so please consider reviewing your service.

The breakfast was great.
It was good. However, although it mentioned a welcome coffee, I couldn't find any coffee.

The breakfast was good.
I always use Dormy Inn. The only time I interact directly with the staff is at the breakfast venue, and the attentiveness of the female staff there was excellent. When I dropped my chopsticks, they promptly brought me a new pair. I believe this is proof that they pay attention to even the smallest details. It's indicative of their overall service.

No ice was produced.
I always enjoy a comfortable stay here. The ice machine in the dining area on the first floor was not dispensing ice, and there was a commotion among guests, including foreigners, about it not working. (Upon closer inspection, the ice-making switch on the side was turned OFF.) It might be beneficial to have someone regularly check the equipment, including machines.

Mysterious radio sound in the open-air bath.
Since I always used premium hotels, the guest room floor felt like the apartment building I used to live in. The room had a Japanese scent? It's not a scent I particularly like, but it's not one you often encounter in a business hotel. The complimentary sweets service is appreciated. I had seen photos showing that the bath was larger than those in Kodemmacho or Kanda, so I was expecting it to be large, and it indeed felt like a small onsen ryokan. The good thing about Dormy is that the water temperature is relatively high, around 41 to 41.5 degrees. It's a soothing temperature that matches my preference for warmth. However, I was disappointed because, for some reason, there was an annoying radio or TV sound playing in the open-air bath area. Even if you could hear it, you'd want to relax with the healing music and the outdoor atmosphere, but the constant chatter from the radio was endlessly audible. Why is it there? While silence might be scary when alone, with healing music available, this was truly unacceptable. The same was true for the morning bath. Who asked for this? It's incomprehensible. For the first time in a business hotel, I had trouble sleeping because the air conditioning hit my face directly, making my throat dry, and when I turned it off, it was cold, so I was quite dissatisfied with the room. Was it just that kind of room plan? The meals were decent, and sushi seemed to be the highlight here, with a variety of options. There were two types of bowls, which I personally liked. Despite not having a large number, there were empty ones, and the absence of staff was noticeable. People were confused about whether to wait or call out when entering, and some Chinese guests just took seats without hesitation, so I think it would be better to have someone at the entrance. There was a slight riverside feel, which was nice. Overall, including the reception, the staff's response was good. I want to convey that the open-air bath, which seemed like a place to relax and unwind, was rated lower because of that radio sound, making me not want to go.

Please properly display bath etiquette.
I always enjoy staying at this facility, but there are many foreign guests, and I noticed a foreigner using a mobile phone in the Onsen. I reported it to the front desk, and they responded, but were the photos or videos checked? The notice states "No photography allowed," which can be understood as allowing phones to be brought in, and that's what the person claimed. Moreover, isn't it insufficient to have notices only in Japanese and English? This time, the person was speaking Chinese, so please display "No phones allowed" in at least four languages, including Korean. It was very unpleasant.

Bathing in the early morning
I use it twice a month. At first, I thought the room was a bit small, but it's compact and convenient for business use, making it easy to move around, which I like. I have to check out before sunrise in the early morning, but I really enjoy being able to wake up and go to work after taking a dip in the Onsen. This time, the open-air bath was a yuzu bath. You can expect consistent service, so I stay at the affiliated Ryokan for private trips.

Relax in the bath.
I always stay at the property when on business trips. I also stay at chain hotels and stays across the whole country for private trips. If I can relax in the bath, I can work hard. The room and amenities are minimal but sufficient. The service is not something to expect, but it is not at an uncomfortable level. Prices have been rising, including surrounding hotels, so it would be nice if the service level could be improved to the point where staff can talk with a bit more smile. The woman at the breakfast venue was the most polite. I will stay again.

A hotel near the station where you can enjoy hot springs and a sauna.
While the hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the nearest exit of JR Hatchobori Station, you can enjoy Dormy Inn's signature offerings such as the hot spring, sauna, Yonaki Soba, and post-bath services. The breakfast features a unique menu called "Irodori Sushi," allowing you to enjoy various types of sushi one piece at a time. There are two elevators, but only one stops on the first floor (hotel entrance, restaurant), so the wait time for the elevator can be long depending on the time of day. The hot spring had a slightly stronger chlorine smell compared to other Dormy Inns (noticeable on the body even after bathing). The most concerning issue was the body odor-like smell of the in-room loungewear, which made me hesitant to wear it without using deodorizing spray (I might consider bringing my own loungewear next time). Despite these concerns, the service provided by the staff was excellent (greetings, responses to questions, etc.).
