    This was my first time staying with SANU! Karuizawa 1st is a quiet place surrounded by nature, and from the moment I arrived, the crisp, clear air immediately put me at ease. The Room is spacious and relaxing, with plenty of natural light through the large windows and beautiful views outside. Time felt like it slowed down, and I was able to forget the busyness of everyday life and truly recharge. I relaxed so much that I didn’t even make time for a campfire, so I’d love to come back again... haha

    We stayed as a couple. The wooden building and pellet stove created a glamping-style atmosphere, making it a very cozy accommodation. Selling wine indoors was also a nice touch. With its spacious area and the option to enjoy a campfire, I felt it would be even more enjoyable for families with children or groups of friends. Although there was prior notice, so it wasn't an issue, please note that toothbrushes are not free (it would be great if they were complimentary...).

    It was a very nice accommodation.

    The wooden texture of the building and the large windows are impressive, creating a space where you can feel connected to nature even while indoors. The light streaming through the windows and the view of the forest make for an incredibly luxurious and extraordinary experience. Outside, there is a fire pit area where you can relax in the evening or at night, enjoying time around the fire. Watching the flames while chatting makes time feel truly special. The interior is simple yet highly stylish, with each piece of furniture and lighting carefully designed to create a cozy atmosphere, making it feel like staying in a concept hotel. Thanks to its quiet and serene environment, I was able to forget about daily life’s hustle and bustle and fully relax. This accommodation is perfect not only for couples or friends looking for special moments but also for anyone seeking restful relaxation. It’s an accommodation that makes you think, "I definitely want to come back again!"

    We were able to refresh and enjoy nature as a family.

    We stayed as a couple and were immediately greeted by the gentle scent of wood as we opened the cabin door, creating an instant sense of relaxation. The space was spacious enough to unwind, with well-thought-out amenities, dishes, and cooking utensils that covered all essentials. In the evening, we made use of the kitchen to enjoy delicious local ingredients from Karuizawa. We would love to stay here again!

    It was excellent.

    The price for this Room was very reasonable, and the atmosphere was great. The Facility was convenient with no issues. One thing I noticed is that a new kitchen sponge would have been more pleasant. That's about it. During check-in, I had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, but the call center quickly assisted me, making the process smooth. I would love to stay here again!

    This is the perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city!

    We had a wonderful stay. The room, as well as the bathroom and kitchenware, were clean and comfortable. A convenience store was just a 20-minute walk away, making it easy to get additional supplies. Above all, the large windows offered stunning views of lush greenery and allowed in the gentle morning sunlight, creating an unforgettable experience.

    It was a peaceful space in a place rich in nature! The furniture is lovely, the plumbing is clean, and the kitchen is spacious with all the daily necessities, so it was nice to be able to cook with ingredients bought at the supermarket and spend a relaxing evening! Since there are other areas available, I would definitely like to use it again.
