    The staff is very friendly and helpful.

    The rice cooker and other items requested previously were set up in the room, which was very helpful. The room was also cleaned meticulously. During our stay, a typhoon hit directly for a day, and while foreign travelers seemed to be struggling, the staff attended to each person with care. I'm sure it was reassuring for them. All the staff members were kind and attentive. Questions sent via email were answered promptly as well. The accommodation offers paid rental bicycles, which we used for small errands and sightseeing. Access to Nijo Castle is convenient too. There is a convenience store nearby, as well as bus stops heading towards Arashiyama and Kitano Tenmangu Shrine areas, making it highly convenient. With separate bath and toilet facilities and an in-room washer-dryer, it was very comfortable. We had an extremely pleasant week-long stay here. Thank you to all the staff for their consistent hospitality!

    New, well-located, and very comfortable.

    We stayed as a family of four. The property is new, and the Room was clean. The bathroom had a washing area, and the bathtub was spacious and comfortable for relaxing. The sleeping mats in the Japanese-style Room were extremely comfortable. We borrowed a toaster to use for breakfast. Convenience stores and restaurants are within a 1-2 minute walking distance, making it a very convenient location. We also received Diamond member benefits. We would love to stay here again!

    Previously, it was possible to reserve a rice cooker and toaster, but during the period, it was not possible to borrow a toaster. Since I think it is a facility considering long-term stays, I would be happy if the stock of rice cookers and toasters could be increased. On some days, the garbage in the kitchen sink was not cleaned up. Other than that, the staff was pleasant, the response was speedy, and I had a very comfortable stay. The cleaning every three days was done more thoroughly than last time. Thank you very much.

    It was a quiet place...

    It was a quiet place close to the nearest station, so I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to use it again when I visit Kyoto.

    We chose this proper...

    We chose this property because of the bunk bed requested by our child, and it was great! The kitchen and washer-dryer were convenient! Using the borrowed vacuum cleaner and washing dishes made it feel more like living than traveling, which was fun. There were more types of dishes available than expected, so we had no trouble. There are many delicious bakeries near the hotel, so having bread warmed in the toaster was the best. It's condo-style, or rather, there are more of these apartment-style facilities recently. Traveling with a preschooler, this was very convenient, and we would love to visit again.

    問合せのメールをさせていただきましたが、すぐにお返事をくださるので安心感がありました。フロントの方は多国籍な感じで、きっと外国からのお客さんは安心されるだろうなと思いました。丁寧で感じがよくプロフェッショナルな対応をしてくださいました。駅から若干歩くものの、周辺には美味しそうなお店がたくさんあり、便利です。お部屋に洗濯機があるのでとても助かりました。唯一、3日ごとのお部屋の清掃が甘いかな、と感じましたが、掃除機をお借りできるので大丈夫でした。とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

    二段ベットに子供たちは大喜びでした。部屋の清掃もしっかりされていたので、気持ちよく滞在出来ました。 チェックアウトしてから、しおり作りを体験できることを知り、子供はとても作りたかったようでした。もう少し早く分かれば、出来たのになぁ、と少し残念な気持ちがしました（案内があればありがたかったです）。 テイクアウトして部屋でゆっくり食事をしたい、子連れの我が家には、最適な宿でした。ありがとうございました。

    テーブルが大きく家族皆で食事を囲めるのがよかったです。2段ベッドは子供たち大喜びでしたが、エアコンをつけると2段ベッドの上は暑いようです。広くてくつろげるので、家族皆また来たい！とのことです。 フロントの方、丁寧で好感が持てました。車の場合駐車料金の補助があるようです。たまたま聞いて知ったので案内があればなおよかったです。
