  We had a wonderful time as a family.

  The Facility is very spacious, and guests can fully use it even on the day of check-out, so we were able to enjoy it right up until the last minute. The Hotel, spa, and Onsen facilities were all thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. The Room was large, so it felt relaxing even with children. The fish at breakfast was very fresh and delicious! Because the Facility was so great, I’d like to share a few points in hopes of future improvements. As others have mentioned in their Reviews, items such as drinks and yukata were often out of stock, which made it feel understaffed. Also, the Facility shuttle bus was almost always at full capacity, and we weren’t sure whether we would be able to board (some people couldn’t), so I think additional services should be added during peak periods or on rainy days when carts cannot be used. Also, for a Facility of this size, there are far too few restaurants. When we tried to use the café at the spa entrance for lunch, we were surprised to be told there would be a 60-minute wait even for takeout. There are almost no alternatives, and the restaurant at the day-use Onsen facility was also extremely crowded, which ends up taking a lot of time just to eat. Considering that many day-use visitors also come here, I feel there are too few restaurants overall—and they also close too early. Other than that, our stay was very comfortable.

On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by frequent shortages of beverages and yukata. As we operate a large-scale Facility, it is essential that we accurately monitor stock levels across all areas and replenish supplies at the appropriate times. We will share your feedback internally and work to improve our restocking and inspection procedures. We also apologize for any concern caused by the shuttle bus being full. Especially during peak periods or rainy weather—when carts may be difficult to use—we understand that demand for the shuttle bus increases. We will take your comments as valuable input when reviewing future operations. In addition, thank you for your honest feedback regarding the number of dining options, operating hours, and congestion. We regret that you had to spend valuable time waiting—such as approximately 60 minutes even for takeout at the café near the spa entrance—and that crowding at the restaurant in our day-use Onsen Facility affected your experience. Taking into account both overnight guests and day visitors, we will share your comments with relevant departments as important input when considering improvements to dining options, operating hours, and service capacity during busy times.
