Combined with the wonderful hospitality from the staff, it was so satisfying that I felt like I didn’t need to go out at all—this is exactly what a club lounge should be.Excellent wellness facilities (pool, sauna, and bath) Refreshing in an infinity pool with outstanding views, then fully unwinding in the sauna and bath—pure relaxation.It was a wonderful Hotel that makes me want to come back for a refresh without fail. A Hotel I’d been curious about ever since it opened last year. To make the most of it, I made a Reservation to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was my first time coming to the other side of Hamamatsucho Station, and I was surprised at how much redevelopment is underway. Even though we had just returned to Japan, the Hotel felt like being abroad. I wondered if many staff members were from overseas, but everyone has been learning Japanese, and no matter who we spoke with, they were kind and helpful—making our two-day stay extremely comfortable. They also helped us with our heavy luggage. We checked in on the 42nd floor and went straight to afternoon tea, where a birthday plate had been prepared for us. This time we used the “Fairmont Gold Lounge,” and everything we ate and drank was delicious. The Room also had thoughtful design touches that made it feel even more spacious, and the view outside was incredible. Being at eye level with the clouds made it feel as if we were staying above the sky. There was also a birthday message in the Room, which made my husband very happy—thank you so much. We headed to the pool right away. It’s on the 35th floor, and we were able to relax in the jacuzzi as well. I appreciated staff kindly reminding us that the poolside can be slippery—please be careful. We wanted to try the gym and spa too, but I had hurt my foot, so we’ll look forward to that next time. The spa treatments seem to incorporate Japanese ingredients; they kindly explained them to us. Fairmont Hotel branded items were also sold there—we bought matching hats as a birthday keepsake for my husband and wore them right away. At turndown service, an adorable stuffed keychain doll labeled 【SRRNE】 was left for us, so we couldn’t resist taking photos together with it. The bathroom was also very comfortable; it was great being able to stretch out in the bathtub. Everything truly was wonderful from start to finish. We would absolutely love to stay again. Thank you sincerely to all staff members for kindly helping us with various questions even before our stay—it made for a lovely birthday celebration that we will always remember with gratitude.”
