Everything was wonderful, and I was especially impressed by how spacious the private bath was. Of course, the bath in the Room was also very relaxing, the meals were delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive—I loved everything. If I could make just one indulgent request, I would appreciate it if you could offer more savory snacks in the lounge (I wouldn’t mind paying for them), rather than only sweet items.

We stayed for two nights to celebrate our dog’s 4th birthday.Unfortunately, the weather was poor throughout our stay, so we spent most of the two days at the Accommodation, but thanks to your thoughtful care from start to finish, we were able to relax in great comfort.Dinner on the first night was teppanyaki, where we celebrated our dog’s birthday. Every dish was of outstanding quality, and you handled substitutions for ingredients we don’t like perfectly as well.At check-in my husband casually mentioned pudding, and when it was suddenly served as an after-dinner dessert, we were truly touched.The cake we ordered for our dog was also very cute and stylish, and our little one seemed delighted.The Room was absolutely wonderful—there were even two steps for dogs, and both my husband and I were moved by such kind consideration.Because it rained continuously during our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and spacious bath in the Room. The private bath was also roomy and lovely, with an elaborate cave-like design.Since this was a Multiple Night Stay, you changed the style of the meals each time as well. We could feel the attentiveness of everyone—from the manager to all staff members—throughout the property, making this a truly memorable anniversary trip.Thank you very much.We will visit again.
