    The Room is spacious, and the bathroom has a separate washing area.

    I stayed at a Prince hotel in Fukuoka in July as well, and it was very convenient with the toilet and bathroom separated, plus a washing area in the bathroom. Since the maximum occupancy is 4, even a twin room feels spacious. However, because the room is designed to fit four beds, the twin beds are pushed together even when used as a twin. It felt cramped when sleeping. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. They make rice balls on the spot, and the omelets were fluffy and thick, with many sauce options. One disappointing point—something I also noticed at dinner—is that staff clear empty plates extremely quickly. It felt like they took them away as soon as you finished each dish, so they kept clearing one after another while we were still eating, which made it hard to relax. Also, for Japanese guests, I would prefer to be assisted by staff who can clearly understand Japanese.

    Generally satisfied

    The breakfast buffet felt homemade, offered a wide variety of items, and was tasty overall, but it was disappointing that the onions and carrots in the root-vegetable section at the salad corner had a musty, moldy smell. Although the onigiri station makes them on the spot, I didn’t find them particularly flavorful. The curry wasn’t to my taste, but the side dishes—such as nikujaga and simmered pork with onions—were delicious. Although there is information about how crowded the bath is, people tend to go at the same times, so it was crowded and I had to wait for a shower while unclothed; I felt at least five more shower booths are needed. It was great that there is a sauna. In the Room there was only one very small table, which was inconvenient. I felt it would be better to have a larger narrow table, or if using small tables, one for each bed. Other than that, the location was great; the bed was comfortable; the pajamas were comfortable; bottled water was provided; and I had a pleasant stay. I would like to stay again.

    If you’re a Diamond member staying in Tokyo, this is the only place to choose!!

    Stayed here for my child’s tournament. We chose it for the bath and gym, but it was a pleasant surprise that the restaurant was great too! The Room was quite spacious and really lovely, and we were happy to have a Nespresso machine as well. The steam sauna had a wonderful, very Hotel-like fragrance, and they also had ReFa showerheads and hair dryers. The amenities (like toner) were high quality and you could take as much as you wanted—something women will really appreciate. The only downside was that there wasn’t a cold plunge bath. My husband said there seems to be a cold plunge in the men’s bath area… Back to the restaurant: the spare ribs, pasta, and meat dishes were all delicious. As a Diamond member, we received two ¥3,000 vouchers plus two one-drink tickets—an amazing deal! If you’re staying in Tokyo as a Diamond member, I highly recommend it!!

    The staff were wonderful and provided excellent service.

    Although I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff kindly accommodated my early check-in and informed me that the Room was ready, then showed me to it. They also allowed a late checkout until 12:00, which I truly appreciated. The large public bath was clean and so comfortable that it completely relieved my fatigue. I would like to stay here again.

    We stayed for two nights during the Obon holidays, and it is a new and clean Hotel. They allowed us to check in a little early. Both breakfast and dinner had a wide variety of options and were delicious. Because I have difficulty walking, I requested a Room, but it was not close to the elevator, so getting around was a bit difficult. I also felt the parking fee was a little high.

    A beautiful Hotel

    Both the lobby and the Room were clean and comfortable. I was also happy that the large public bath had ReFa shower heads and hair dryers. Breakfast was luxurious, and I appreciated being able to stay during the busy Obon season with an affordable Plan. I would like to stay again.

    Unfortunately.

    The towels for use in the large public bath sauna were not replenished. In the large public bath changing room, the bin for used bath towels was full and had not been cleared. In the men’s restroom on the 1st floor, one of the toilet stalls had toilet paper scattered everywhere, and it was left dirty. Cleaning was not done properly. Also, the trash bin for used paper towels was overflowing with paper towels. The areas around guest facilities are not being maintained properly. Cleaning is probably inadequate as well. Please do better. Also, I was given a discount voucher that could not be used at dinner—this makes no sense. And please make sure to properly explain the Hotel to foreign guests. At this rate, this Hotel will become dirty and Japanese guests will stop coming.

    Dinner was very delicious.

    Overall, I was very satisfied. We stayed with four adults, and the Room was comfortable. The bed seemed to be a Simmons, and I felt refreshed when I woke up. I didn’t use the in-room bath myself, so I’m not sure about it. The large public bath was spacious and comfortable. The sauna temperature was just right as well. Many of the front desk staff were foreigners, which threw me off a bit at first, but they were kind and helpful. As for breakfast, there wasn’t anything particularly noteworthy—neither good nor bad. For dinner, we had the 8,000 yen course, and it was very delicious. We came by electric vehicle, so it would have been even better if there had been charging facilities.

    In my heart, it’s a 5-star satisfaction!

    This was our family of four’s second stay at the same Hotel. It’s natural to expect a higher-priced Hotel to offer spacious Rooms and new Facilities, but we would be satisfied if we can stay again at this rate. The Hotel was very clean, and the staff handled everything smoothly, so we had a very pleasant stay. It has become one of the Hotels I would like to stay at again. I would like to give five stars across the board, but the amenity area at check-in was a bit dark due to the lobby atmosphere, making it hard to check what was available. Also, there is no clock in the large public bath, so it would help to have some way to check the time. If one of the tubs offered something different—such as a carbonated spring or another type of bath rather than just a different temperature—I would definitely give five stars for everything.

    We will definitely come again!

    Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. Thank you for accommodating our request and preparing a top-floor Room; it made our stay even more satisfying.

    Hidden gem

    It was a clean Hotel close to the city center, with a spacious Room. The only slight drawback is that the Keiyo Line doesn’t run very frequently. Good value for money. I’d like to stay here again.

    Cozy and comfortable...

    The spaciousness, the newness of the Facility, and the cleanliness all felt more than sufficient. On the other hand, on the way from getting off the elevator to my Room, the Room number was not displayed on the door but on the door frame, and since it could only be checked from across the corridor every other Room, it was inconvenient having to turn around each time I walked. Also, while the large public bath itself was spacious and clean and very nice, after getting off the elevator the route was complicated with little signage and felt far away. Perhaps because design is prioritized and it’s geared toward overseas guests (there were indeed many inbound visitors, and there was a strong perfume smell), as a Japanese guest I often found it confusing.

    The valet staff were...

    The valet staff were kind and made a great impression. The hamburger steak and wine we had for dinner were both excellent. Even at popular restaurants with long lines, you rarely find a hamburger steak of this quality, so I was really happy to find it so delicious. It might even be worth staying here just for the dinner. Great value for money and very satisfying. A wonderful Hotel that makes me want to come back.

    This is a casual Hotel.

    The front desk staff were dressed casually, and the atmosphere was different from a luxury Hotel, but the Facilities were clean and well maintained. The service was highly hospitable, making this a very impressive Hotel. Due to inbound demand, it was very crowded with international tourists, so there was a short wait at check-in, but the staff spoke to us and guided us smoothly. The window in the guest Room was on the small side with limited natural light, but the Room size was just right. Best of all, having separate bath and toilet areas was excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and we had a very comfortable stay. We would love to stay again!

    It was a clean and lovely Hotel.

    I stayed here at the end of the year. I really appreciated that you had a rare quadruple Room available. The staff were courteous, and the Facilities—including the large public bath and convenience store—were well equipped, making this a very comfortable Hotel to stay in. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Tokyo Trip

    We stayed as a group of four friends. The hotel was clean, and the facilities and amenities were excellent! The bath was especially larger than expected, allowing us to relax comfortably. My friends loved it too and said, "Thank you for finding such a great place!"

    The Facility and Room were spacious and comfortable, allowing for a pleasant stay. All amenities were provided, which was very helpful. Although I received kind assistance over the phone regarding the operation of the coffee maker in the Room, having an instruction manual would have been even better.

    Cleaning Issues

    I have stayed at this accommodation several times, but this time was disappointing. There were crumbs from snacks scattered throughout the room. The tissue case had only two tissues left, yet they were folded into a triangle. Under the bathroom stool, there was trash from the previous guest, and hair in the drain—there were numerous issues. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

    I stayed here after ...

    I stayed here after visiting Disney. The entrance was clean and stylish, which lifted my spirits! Check-in was easy with the self-service option. The Room was surprisingly spacious! The bathroom in the Room was also large, and the TV allowed access to YouTube and other streaming services, which was fantastic. As for the public bath, I think it's rare to find such a spacious one in a Hotel in Tokyo! After returning from Disney, I was able to fully relax with the bath and sauna. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes from Japanese to Western cuisine, all delicious! There were plenty of drink options as well, and the smoothies were particularly tasty. This time it was just a short stay, but next time I’d love to fully enjoy the Hotel for an entire day.

    We stayed here as a family after a concert. The staff at the front desk were very kind when we left our luggage before check-in, and everyone we interacted with provided excellent service. The food was delicious, and the large public bath was very refreshing. Despite being near the train tracks, the guest room was quiet. We would love to stay here again.

    The best among the Prince hotels in Tokyo.

    The location is not in the heart of the city like Shinagawa, Shinjuku, or Akasaka, but it offers exceptional spaciousness and comfort. It is conveniently located near a JR station. The interior design throughout the accommodation is stylish and well-thought-out. We stayed in a twin room, which was incredibly spacious—large enough to accommodate up to four people—with a sofa where you can stretch your legs comfortably, something I experienced for the first time at a Prince property. The bathroom was also impressively large with both a washing area and bathtub, second only to Kioicho in terms of size and comfort. Additionally, having an on-site public bath exclusively for guests at no extra charge was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff provided great service. Considering all aspects including pricing, I believe this is No.1 among Prince accommodations. Although it wasn’t part of our stay package, we enjoyed afternoon tea within the accommodation as well—it was outstanding with exceptional service here as well. I will definitely return!

    It was excellent!

    I used the accommodation for a day-use stay. The lobby was mostly filled with foreign tourists, making me almost forget I was in Japan. However, Japanese art pieces and furniture placed throughout created a unique atmosphere that felt extraordinary even for locals. The room had great design sense, was clean, and very relaxing. I also used the large public bath, and it was convenient to check its occupancy from the room. It's a luxury to enjoy such a spacious bath in a hotel within Tokyo. Next time, I would love to stay overnight!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Stayed during Golden Week. Most of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but their hospitality was filled with the spirit of Japanese service and was very polite and pleasant. Since we stayed as a group of four, there were not enough chairs or tables in the room, and there were not many restaurants nearby. It would be great if the restaurant options were more extensive.

    The Hotel was clean,...

    The Hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. The public bath was nice, but it was a bit inconvenient that it could only be used from 3:00 PM. Since I used the day-use plan, I wish it could be available from at least 12:00 PM. If that happens, I would like to visit again. Also, I hope muscle training machines can be added to the gym.
