The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel

Although it’s in a convenient location, I hadn’t had the chance to visit until now, and I was able to truly relax. It was a reassuring Hotel where you can feel Japan’s unique spirit of hospitality.From the courteous explanations by what seemed like an experienced hotel staff member, to the way someone who appeared to be the person in charge quietly checked on things during breakfast, the flexible support in the lounge, and thoughtful touches even after checkout—there was an atmosphere of refined, calm hospitality that naturally made me feel well cared for. The message dessert and flower arrangement I requested at short notice were also wonderful, and the Room was bright and modern—somewhere I’d love to make my “second home.”If I may offer a suggestion, I think a simple map summarizing nearby highlights and how to get there would make the stay even more enjoyable (the sculpture(s), surrounding buildings/area, Hie Shrine, local history, etc.). Also, it would be great to have an easy-to-use solo relaxation Plan or a Plan where guests can casually enjoy matcha. In addition, having liquid hand soap (rather than bar soap) would be convenient.It’s a Hotel I would gladly choose again—whether with family or friends, or even on my own. In the future, it would be wonderful if my family or acquaintances held their wedding ceremony or reception at the neighboring classic house and could stay at this Hotel as well.

We stayed on the Club Floor.It was raining that day and our plans changed, so we arrived at the Hotel much earlier than expected. The staff kindly let us wait in the club lounge, and after 1:00 p.m. they were able to show us to our Room. We had time on our hands in the rain, so we truly appreciated it.During our stay, we relaxed in the lounge and also enjoyed the view from our Room. The overall atmosphere of the Hotel was calm and very comfortable.What left the strongest impression was when we visited the bar at night. When we mentioned in the lounge that we wanted to go to the bar, a staff member immediately called to check for available seats, which allowed us to enjoy a wonderful time at counter seating.The bar staff were also very pleasant, and when they saw that I hadn’t finished my drink, they said, “It’s perfectly fine to take it back to your Room.” We didn’t actually take it with us, but I was genuinely touched by such thoughtful consideration.The view and atmosphere of the Hotel were of course excellent, but even more memorable was the natural warmth and kindness shown by all of your staff.Thanks to you, it became a truly enjoyable memory. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
