From the staff’s service to the Room atmosphere and amenities, everything was very satisfying.Breakfast was also delicious across the board, and I was extremely satisfied.

The front desk staff at this Hotel explained everything very thoroughly. They also upgraded us to a larger Room than the type we had reserved, which made me incredibly happy, and we had a very comfortable stay.Even at the breakfast venue, I was surprised to find such kind staff these days. I’ve eaten at hundreds of hotels, and the breakfast staff here—so polite and considerate—are No. 1.It rained for two days in a row, so we borrowed umbrellas from the Hotel. The umbrellas were always dry, neatly closed, and lined up in the umbrella stand—and when opened, they were not damaged. Amazing.What’s even more surprising is that there wasn’t always a staff member standing nearby.Room: Quiet, clean, spacious, and easy to use. The temperature was just right—not too hot or cold. I strongly support your system for a Multiple Night Stay.Breakfast: Even without seafood dishes, every dish made with Hokkaido ingredients was delicious.Lounge: It felt like a dream to enjoy so many famous Hokkaido sweets.Convenience: The nearest subway station (Nishi 11-chome Station) is relatively close and easy to use without crowds.There’s also a convenience store nearby, and department stores like Marui Imai, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and the main Rokkatei store are all within walking distance. Taking an airport bus was also very easy.When heading to the airport you need to wait in front of another Hotel nearby, but there is an information sheet about this available at the Hotel as well.Staff: Everyone was professional—never overly chatty—and worked properly while greeting guests with warm smiles.We truly enjoyed our time at this Hotel. Thank you very much.I would love to stay at View Hotel again.
