    It was a nice Hotel.

    I stayed in a twin Room with a friend. Hotel pillows usually don’t suit me, but they offer Tempur pillow rentals, which was a big help! The Room was clean, and the unit bath was also spotless. It was quiet and comfortable. Above all, the location is great and very convenient—perfect when you have things to do in Tokyo and want to get around easily. The amenities were more than sufficient, and I really appreciated having four bottles of water. Next time, I’d like to stay in a Room with a separate bath and toilet.

    The staff were effic...

    The staff were efficient, and I had a comfortable stay. They also upgraded me to a larger Room, so I was able to relax and enjoy my time. Perhaps it was thanks to the team’s great teamwork—the coordination was smooth, and even though there were many guests, there was no waiting time, which was wonderful. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    It was even cleaner ...

    It was even cleaner than I expected, and I was able to relax very comfortably. The TV has a large screen and supports YouTube and more. Women’s amenities were SEKISEI at the front desk. Room service is also available for meals. There were many international tourists, giving the hotel a very popular feel.

    Front desk and bell staff hospitality

    The assistance and guidance when calling a taxi were excellent—always with a warm smile and genuine kindness, which made me feel very comfortable. I also truly appreciated how the staff hurried over to the corridor to receive my luggage when I was sending it out. The hospitality of the front desk and bell staff was outstanding. Thank you very much.

    Great service, but the walls are thin.

    The staff were very polite, and the Room was clean. However, there were two disappointing points. First, the walls are thin, and noise from the floor above and neighboring rooms carried significantly, making it difficult to sleep. Sounds such as chairs being moved, doors opening and closing (including the toilet), and footsteps were loud enough to interfere with falling asleep. (I stayed the night before a certification exam, but the noise did not settle down until around 1:30 a.m., so I could not sleep well.) Second, there was hair in the bathtub. This was disappointing given the good service and clean guest Room overall, so I rated the Facility/amenities 1 star.

    Highly satisfied

    Every year, I stay here for my birthday to watch a baseball game at Tokyo Dome. The staff are wonderful every time, and I’m very satisfied with the Room and the view! That’s what they said. I’d like to stay again next year—and on other dates as well.

    Wonderful

    The location was convenient from the station, set just off the main road, and it was quiet at night. The Room had a stylish interior and was very clean. Above all, the staff’s smiles and service were outstanding. In the evening, we made a Reservation for the buffet. It was so delicious that we were truly impressed. The food was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The tables were well spaced, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Breakfast was also delicious—we ate a lot! I’ve stayed in many places in Tokyo, but this one was my favorite overall for value for money, service, and food. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Tokyo. Thank you very much.

    My family stayed here. The location was convenient, and the Hotel was beautiful and very clean, so they had a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was high quality and very delicious (we often stay at Hotels for work, etc.). This was our second stay, and we will likely stay again. Thank you very much.

    The moment I stepped...

    The moment I stepped into the lobby, it smelled wonderful and felt very welcoming, which made me even more excited for my stay. When I left my luggage before check-in, the staff were kind and helpful, which left a great impression. They also explained in advance that check-in would be busy due to a live event that day. When I mentioned I was going to the concert as well, they warmly said, “Enjoy!” and thanks to that, I headed to the venue feeling great. Not only the Room but also the bathroom and toilet were kept very clean, so I was able to relax comfortably. Thanks to the staff’s thoughtful hospitality and the comfortable environment, it was a very satisfying stay. I would love to stay here again.

    Multiple Night Stay (2 nights)

    Although it’s not the most convenient location for my personal needs, both the subway and JR stations are nearby. For this price, the Room is clean, so even if it feels a bit small, I haven’t found another Hotel that can replace it so far. (I’ve stayed at other Hotels and regretted it, haha.) Thank you.

    The Hotel’s system feels outdated.

    I made a Reservation through IKYU, and the Hotel later told me that the checkout time was set to 10:00. However, the check-in card I received at check-in stated 11:00, which was confusing. There seemed to be a discrepancy between IKYU and the Hotel, causing confusion and some dissatisfaction within my family. I am not sure whether IKYU or the Hotel was at fault, but I believe consistent information should be communicated to guests.

    At check-in, we were told that a larger Room than the one in our Reservation had been prepared. We have stayed at this Hotel several times, and this was the most spacious, clean, and comfortable stay yet.

    Family room for families

    We’ve been using a 4-person Room since our children were little, and this is the most reasonably priced option in central Tokyo. It’s also conveniently accessible from Haneda Airport, and we have many great memories of visiting Tokyo Dome, Ghibli Park, Odaiba, and Tokyo Disneyland. The interior has been newly renovated, so it’s clean and beautiful.

    Clean

    By leaving the Room assignment up to the Hotel, I was able to stay at a low price this time. It’s an older Hotel, but the Room feels modern, as if it has been renovated. The cleaning is perfect and it’s very comfortable. The bathroom isn’t separated, but it’s clean and fairly spacious, so it didn’t bother me much. For a Hotel, cleanliness comes first!!!

    A Hotel with Delicious Dining

    I chose this Hotel because it was within walking distance of Budokan for my son’s entrance ceremony. It was also very convenient for traveling by Shinkansen, just a 2-minute walk from Iidabashi Station on the Tozai Line. Breakfast was delicious as rumored, and I especially liked the pointed bread from the pastry shop. The desserts were also excellent. The matcha tiramisu was smooth and tasted wonderfully fresh, as if it had just been made. Enjoying it with a carefully prepared cappuccino (not from a machine) made for the perfect start to the day. The Room was clean and spacious, and we could see cherry blossoms along the river, making our stay very comfortable and satisfying. The bedside light wasn’t working properly, but they kindly moved us to an equivalent Room. Whenever I have business in Tokyo, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    A bit disappointing!

    I always request a high-floor room on the Daiwa House side. This time, I was disappointed to be placed on a lower floor on the opposite side. Everyone is very kind, so I will stay again.

    I waited 1 hour and ...

    I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to check in, and when it was finally my turn, I was asked, “Did you make the Reservation under a different name?” I had my Reservation confirmation ready just in case, so I showed it immediately and was able to proceed, but it left me feeling very distrustful. The Room was also unpleasant: there was hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling, and it smelled of cigarette smoke. Despite paying a high price to stay here, the experience was terrible from start to finish.

    Kanda-Jimbocho Used Book District

    With Sanseido in Kanda-Jimbocho reopening after renovation, we stayed here to be nearby while taking a stroll through the used-book district. The Room was very comfortable for the three of us. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff’s thoughtful hospitality was truly pleasant. We would like to stay here again.

    There was no view at all.

    I was very disappointed that the view from the Room window was completely blocked by the wall of the neighboring building, leaving no view at all. If I had known the Room had no view, I would not have made a Reservation. I would have appreciated it being clearly stated in the Room details.\nThe staff were very kind, and both the breakfast and the bakery bread were delicious.

    This Hotel is a welcome place for our family.

    This is a familiar Hotel where we previously stayed during our child’s university entrance exams. (At that time, we were satisfied with the breakfast and dinner buffet, and those good memories came back to us. This time, we did not dine at the Hotel.) This time, five of us stayed as a family. The Room was just barely enough with five beds, but having the bath and toilet separate was extremely helpful. We stayed for three nights, and each time the bath towels were fluffy, making our stay very comfortable. We are truly grateful to the Hotel staff and the cleaning staff for their very pleasant service. The location was also convenient, with Iidabashi and Suidobashi Stations nearby. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much.

    The restaurant service was excellent.

    Both dinner and breakfast were served at the buffet restaurant, and they seemed to be holding a Hokkaido Fair, which was great because there were also special dishes available. All the staff were cheerful and provided excellent service.

    I thought it was a good Hotel.

    The Room was compact, but it was thoroughly cleaned in every corner, making it very easy to use and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the dining area was spacious, allowing me to enjoy a relaxed meal in a calm atmosphere. After a regular checkup for a chronic condition at a nearby hospital, I stayed at the Metropolitan for the first time hoping to unwind a little, and it was a wonderful change of pace. Overall, it turned out to be an even better stay than expected, and I would definitely like to stay again.

    Recommended for attending live events at Tokyo Dome.

    We stayed in a family room for four people. The bathroom and toilet are separate, not a unit bath, making it convenient for Japanese guests and easy to use with small children. It takes less than a 10-minute walk to the dome, allowing you to avoid crowds, which we appreciated and made us want to stay again. The salted red bean mochi from the Japanese confectionery shop across from the Hotel was incredibly delicious.

    With my two sons to watch sports

    I stayed for one night and two days to watch a high school soccer match. I arrived at Haneda Airport after 9:00 AM, took the monorail, Yamanote Line, and Tokyo Metro, and reached the Metropolitan Edmont near Iidabashi Station by 10:30 AM. The staff kindly and smoothly stored my suitcase before check-in, which was very helpful. It took only 40 minutes to reach the National Stadium using Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway. While I usually purchase a 24-hour or 48-hour metro pass for sightseeing in Tokyo, Iidabashi Station's convenient access to Toei lines and JR made it easy to travel anywhere. Planning routes while looking at maps added fun to the journey. When making my Reservation, I requested "a room with a nice view if possible." From our Hotel room, we could see Tokyo Dome as well as Skytree and Tokyo Tower in the distance—allowing us to enjoy an extraordinary nighttime view. The breakfast buffet at Beltempo offered a wide variety of carefully prepared dishes. The bread called "Mountain," which I've heard has been popular since its opening, was delicious! The calm atmosphere allowed us to relax leisurely during breakfast. After breakfast, we visited Tokyo Daijingu Shrine about five minutes away on foot. It is famous for love blessings and attracted many young women visitors. There seemed to be many attractions around the Hotel like Yasukuni Shrine that we couldn’t explore this time—it’s regrettable that we couldn’t stay longer! We wish we had booked another night but will definitely return again someday! Thank you very much!
