    We had a relaxing stay.

    We stayed on a weekday in early August. The parking lot was spacious, and the interior was roomy, so we could relax. There is an AEON right in front, so we had no trouble finding a place for dinner. There were no amenities like facial toner, which was inconvenient for my wife, but I suppose that can’t be helped. Check-out is at 11:00, so we were able to take our time.

    Unable to stay at the Accommodation.

    I made a Reservation to spend my one day off during Golden Week in Kobe, but even checking in took a long time. When I finally thought I had checked in, I was told the Room was not ready. Many guests were waiting in the lobby.\nAround 4 p.m., I hadn’t eaten lunch (the expressway was congested due to Golden Week), so I went out to get something to eat. After 6 p.m., I went back to the front desk thinking the Room would be ready, but I was told it still wasn’t and that I needed to wait another two hours.\nMaybe they were overwhelmed because of renovations, but it was unacceptable.\nIf you can’t prepare Rooms, please don’t list them as available.\nThe staff at the front desk avoided eye contact and acted as if it wasn’t their problem, which was also disappointing.\nI was already exhausted from the traffic, so I canceled and went home. I never want to stay here again.

    It seems the managem...

    It seems the management has changed recently. This was my first stay at this Hotel, so I don’t know what it was like before. There were no Hotel staff at the entrance, so I had to carry my luggage myself. The parking area in front of the entrance belonged to another Facility and was hard to identify. Inside, there were about three casually dressed staff members behind the counter, but they didn’t greet me; I initially thought it was a group check-in desk for a travel agency, but that counter was actually the front desk. The Room layout was typical of a Business Hotel. Since the management has only just changed, I hope improvements will be made over time.

    Business

    I stayed here during a business trip, and this was my second visit. The desk and chair, table, and sofa were perfectly arranged for productivity, allowing me to work efficiently and rest on the sofa when needed. I loved the seamless layout. Additionally, the view from the room was stunning and truly relaxing. I would definitely choose to stay here again for future business trips.

    This was my first stay at the accommodation. As mentioned in the reviews, I found the hotel to be a bit old, but the staff's hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel made for a pleasant stay. Thank you very much. Since it was no meals included, I did not have any meals there, but there were an AEON mall and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. The area around the hotel was quiet and allowed for a relaxing time.

    Excellent

    Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a spacious Room with a large sofa as it was available. It was a clean and comfortable Resort Hotel for the price.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night during Obon. The staff were very kind, and even though I stayed with my child, they spoke to my child warmly, which made me very happy. Although I arrived an hour later than the scheduled check-in time, when I called to inform them, they kindly reassured me that it was perfectly fine to take my time. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and I was very satisfied. The room was clean, and having the bathroom and toilet separate was excellent!

    The view from the window is beautiful.

    Stayed for personal reasons. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The view from the window was exceptional. Breakfast was decent. Considering the cost-performance, it was excellent. I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

    The only Hotel in this area.

    I have used this Hotel many times since the days of the Mita Hotel. Although the building is old, the Facility management is thorough, so the equipment is a bit outdated, but it is a clean Hotel.
