    It was very good—my husband recommended it, and he was right.

    My husband often stays here on business trips. This time I stayed with my son, and the front desk staff were polite and kind. Whenever we seemed to need help, they immediately checked in with us, which made for a wonderful stay. I will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Osaka. Especially this time, the price was very reasonable, and considering the location, it almost felt too good to be true. However, one thing: the counter space around the sink is slanted, so when I placed a toothbrush cup or cosmetics there, they would slide and nearly fall into the toilet. It would be helpful to have some non-slip protection. Next time, I’ll bring a non-slip mat with me.

    Hospitality

    It was my first stay in a while. This time I wasn’t feeling well in my leg, so I had to use a cane and carry a suitcase. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and helped me in many ways. Since check-in and check-out are fully automated, I really appreciated your assistance. I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I’m in Osaka.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    They prepared a top-floor twin room for us, and we were able to enjoy the view as well. After a long day of walking, we could relax and recover in the bathroom with an Onsen bath, and we felt full of energy again the next day. The room was very clean. Amenities are picked up individually in the lobby as needed. Both types of black tea bags were delicious, and I felt they pay attention to these details too. This time, I was looking for a Hotel within walking distance of the Nakanoshima Museum of Art and Festival Hall, so it was the best choice. At night, we even walked back from Umeda. I’d like to stay again next year. Thank you very much.

    A Hotel with Excellent Access

    I stayed at Hotel Hanshin Osaka for the first time to watch a Hanshin game at Kyocera Dome Osaka. It’s close to the station, and you can get to Kyocera Dome Osaka on the Osaka Loop Line without transfers, so the access was excellent. There are also convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel, which made it very convenient. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and I was able to stay very comfortably. The front desk and staff were very kind, which made me really happy. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was so delicious that I ended up eating too much in the morning. When staying in Osaka, I would like to use Hotel Hanshin Osaka again.

    Relax in a spacious double Room

    I stayed here alone. There was a large bed in the middle of the Room, and I was able to relax comfortably. Since I was tired from work, I also booked a massage. The therapist was experienced and friendly, and it helped me unwind and sleep soundly. It’s conveniently located very close to Fukushima Station, and I’d like to stay again.

    With convenient acce...

    With convenient access to everywhere, I always stay here when I’m on business in Osaka. It’s great that the Room bathtub has Onsen water—it really helps me recover after a long day.

    It was great.

    It was convenient, with the station and a convenience store nearby. Check-in took some time, but the staff were very pleasant. The bath helped me feel refreshed. The Room was small, but it was adequate and I had no particular complaints. Since my Room was close to the elevator, I was worried about noise from the hallway, but perhaps I just got lucky—I didn’t notice anything in particular.

    The location is convenient from the station, and there is a convenience store nearby. I was able to enjoy an Onsen bath in a quiet, clean room. The water temperature can also be adjusted, and I was very satisfied. At check-in, I had to wait for a while because it overlapped with a group of international travelers, but the staff handled it appropriately.

    The unit bathroom has a few issues.

    This time, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights. I also used Nen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On the morning of the fourth day, the shower head came off (it had been leaking before that). I was truly surprised. I informed the front desk at check-out, but it was completely unexpected...

    An Ultra-Convenient Location and Spa

    This was my first time learning about Fukushima Station, and it was very convenient. I stayed with No Meals Included because the Room has an Onsen, but after traveling and with rainy weather, I didn’t have the energy to explore outside, so I dined at the Hotel’s Japanese restaurant. I ordered a course meal and it was delicious—I had a wonderful time. After check-out, I also used the spa, which was very comfortable. I wish I’d had more time to relax, but even in a short visit, it washed away sweat and fatigue in the intense heat, and I was able to head back to Tokyo feeling refreshed. For future business trips to Osaka, I plan to stay here again.

    Overall.

    When I arrived early from far away and tried to check in at least to complete the registration, the female staff member at the Hotel front desk bluntly said out of nowhere, “From 1:00 PM!” I felt she should have greeted me first and could have explained more politely that they were unable to assist yet. The cleaning staff did not greet me either, and none of the Hotel staff offered greetings or acknowledged guests when passing by—I’m not sure if that is their style. It should be regarded as a well-located Business Hotel. The Room also lacked any sense of luxury, which was disappointing.

    It feels like the quality of the breakfast has declined.

    I went to the restaurant for breakfast. It used to feel crowded, but now it was almost empty. There’s a Tully’s Coffee on the first floor, and if you step outside there are convenience stores and several fast-food options like McDonald’s, so I suppose that’s understandable. The made-to-order omelet service was still available, but the breakfast curry that used to be delicious tasted like something from a retort pouch, the sausages seemed cheaper, and the bacon felt thinner. Above all, they had switched to a square plate divided into nine compartments, yet only seven were filled. It made me feel they can’t spend much because there are fewer guests. Disappointing.

    Breakfast Menu

    From last month through this month, we will be staying a total of 6 nights. We have also been enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Nen. One request: the curry on the breakfast menu. As I mentioned before, we would really appreciate it if you could make it beef curry. Thank you.

    Great location, nice atmosphere, comfortable stay, and a good breakfast. The large public bath was a bit disappointing.

    It was a hot day, but the Hotel was right by the station, which really helped. I relaxed at the Tully’s Coffee on the first floor before going up to my Room, and had dinner out in the evening. There were plenty of great-looking restaurants nearby, so it was easy to find somewhere to eat. I also stopped by a convenience store close by before returning to my Room—really convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and the pajama dress material was excellent. It was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was great too: the salad was fresh, and the omelet cooked to order was fluffy and creamy—I went back for seconds. The yogurt was mild and delicious as well. The staff were kind, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I did wish that if you pay once for access to the paid bath area, you could also use it again in the morning. Also, because the lighting is white, even though it’s an Onsen, it felt more like a public bath compared with other Hotels.

    A convenient location, a clean Room, and a great view—highly recommended!

    This was my first stay. The twin Room on the top floor was spacious, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy the Onsen in the Room. It’s also close to the station, so it was convenient to return to the Hotel quickly during hot daytime hours. Highly recommended. I had assumed on my own that the Facility might be old and hadn’t stayed before, but from now on this will be my first choice in Osaka. I’ll be back again!

    The staff member in charge at check-in left a bad impression.

    I called in advance to let you know I would be checking in late.\nHowever, a young male front desk staff member gave off an air of “Why are you checking in so late?” and stopped me—despite my having stayed here for nearly 10 years as a regular guest—to give me various explanations.\n(It was obvious from his attitude and tone that it wasn’t out of kindness.)\n\nThe location is convenient, so I will continue to stay here, but I would like you to pay more attention to staff training.

    Baseball Game Viewing

    I checked in late because I stayed after watching a night baseball game. I wanted to use the large public bath, but this time I only used the bathroom in my Room. The Onsen water left my skin feeling moisturized, and I was satisfied. Next time, I’d like to use the large public bath as well. It would be nice if the usage fee for guests were a bit more reasonable...

    The Onsen is much appreciated.

    I stayed for three nights. The Onsen was relaxing, but the hours were a bit short, and it’s not available in the morning, so I’d appreciate a little more flexibility in either one. Breakfast was the same for all three nights, so even with fewer items, some variation would make it more enjoyable each day. It’s conveniently located near the station with access to multiple train lines, so I’d like to stay again next time.

    I was able to relax.

    In June, we visited USJ. This month, we stayed here while enjoying the Night Afternoon Tea at Hanaza. After a wonderful dinner, we took the train one stop and went for a stroll around Grand Green Osaka. Enjoying the cool evening breeze made for a lovely time… and since it’s so close to the station, it was easy to come and go freely. After returning to the Hotel, the Onsen soothed our tired feet. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

    With two typhoons ap...

    With two typhoons approaching, I debated until the day of arrival whether to cancel, but once inside the Hotel I was able to relax without noticing the rain or wind. Soaking in the Onsen at a leisurely pace helped me relieve my daily fatigue. While some areas show their age, everything felt clean, the view was great, and above all the pillow was exactly my preferred type, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay again!

    The Room has been renovated and is clean. The bathroom tiles were covered in mold. Breakfast was the worst and tasted bad, especially the curry—I’ve never had curry this bad. Was it only the sauce? The open-air bath was good. Also, the on-site massage was the best I’ve ever had; if it were just for the massage, it would be a perfect 100 out of 100.

    My mother will be staying.

    I stayed here as well, and this time I recommended it to my mother for her stay. There are many Japanese staff members, and they are all exceptionally kind—truly impressive. The Room also has Onsen water, and you can use the large public bath for an additional fee. The Japanese cuisine is especially recommended. It’s close to the station and is my top recommended Hotel in Osaka. Thank you very much for taking such good care of my mother. We will definitely stay again.

    The Onsen in the Room is excellent.

    There are no amenities in the Room; you need to pick them up yourself from beside the front desk, but it was disappointing that there were no items such as facial lotion. The in-room Onsen is very nice, so I would like the bathroom and toilet to be renovated into separate rooms. There wasn’t much to eat at breakfast, but it wasn’t crowded, so I could relax and enjoy some tea.

    I made a Reservation...

    I made a Reservation under a Plan that included spa access. In the Reviews, I read that it takes quite a long time for the in-Room Onsen to reach a comfortable temperature, and since we would be bathing one at a time, I thought it would take too long and chose the spa instead. The bath in the Room produces slightly yellow-tinted water, while the front desk said the spa uses the same Onsen water; however, it was completely clear, which made me wonder whether it is truly the same Onsen.

    I stayed at Hotel Ha...

    I stayed at Hotel Hanshin for three nights. I spent two days sightseeing in Nara and one day in Himeji, planned my trip around this Hotel, and had a wonderful time. The location was very convenient, and there were many great restaurants nearby, so I was very satisfied. Thank you.

    If you don’t expect any service

    When I entered the Room, there was discarded pain relief patch trash on the floor. The service felt overly manual and unable to accommodate even small guest requests. If you are choosing a Hotel primarily for its low price, this may not be an issue.
