Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi

I stayed for two nights in late May for a relative’s wedding and for work. From check-in, all the staff were pleasant, and the experienced staff in the lounge were especially kind—I was reminded of how excellent Japanese hotel service training is. The Japanese-style omelet in the lounge is outstanding. It was a shame there wasn’t a conveniently timed limousine bus from Haneda, but during my stay it was very convenient to access the Hotel B1 directly from the subway station nearby. On my return trip, I was able to get to Haneda smoothly by limousine bus, which was great. I would definitely like to stay here again for work next time as well.

Even though we only stay two or three times a year, we’re always welcomed so warmly, which makes us very happy. This time, we chose a Plan that included Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, and we were able to enjoy an elegant and refreshing time. We are always truly grateful to the lounge staff, and it’s genuinely fun to chat with everyone. Although Mr./Ms. A is no longer assigned to the lounge, they kindly came by to see us anyway, and I was delighted to catch up. This visit also brought a wonderful encounter with new staff members (Mr. Y and Mr. S). Both were attentive in every detail, and their friendly conversation made our time in the lounge relaxing and enjoyable. Of course, it was also great to see Mr./Ms. M and Mr./Ms. T as always. We truly love spending time at The Royal Park Hotel. When you say “Welcome back,” it makes us want to reply “We’re home!”—a Hotel that makes us want to return again and again. The restaurants are all excellent—teppanyaki, tempura, and Chinese—and the chefs’ and staff’s service is wonderful as well. The location is fantastic, so we enjoy strolling around the neighborhood or visiting local spots of interest; but no matter how many times we come, The Royal Park Hotel never feels repetitive. We especially love simply relaxing here—these stays have become precious healing time for my spouse and me. Thank you always for everything.
