Atami Station × Highly rated for dining at Vacation Rental

We previously had an amazing time watching the Atami fireworks up close, so we came back with our dog. With its consistently great location, we were able to fully enjoy the fireworks festival again. Our family loves this place so much that we’d happily stay here again and again, but we would appreciate it even more if you could consider the following: For a Multiple Night Stay with takeout meals, there are clearly not enough dishes and utensils. It would be very helpful to have dish soap and a sponge, paper towels, and large trash bags. We also used the instant ramen vending machine on the 2nd floor, which our child loved. However, there are only a few topping options available compared to the number of ramen servings in stock. We would be happy if you could consider restocking more frequently or increasing the amount provided. That said, I think we’ll be back again. Next time, we’d love to enjoy the autumn/winter fireworks as well. Thank you very much.

Perfect for a family of four! The views are spectacular—no doubt about it! The owner is a true gentleman—no doubt about it! As others have mentioned, the Room has a stylish scent (maybe from an air freshener?), and some guests may feel differently about it. Sing karaoke, dance, enjoy the Onsen, have a BBQ, take in the night view and the morning view—and check-out is at 13:00. We had a wonderful time!

I visited with friends. I loved the interior, and I was completely satisfied with everything, including the bedroom. The sunrise views from the living room and bedroom were especially amazing, and we had a wonderful start to the day. The sauna was also top-notch, and it was fantastic to be able to look up at the starry sky from the relaxation area. It was also great that we could enjoy it both in the morning and at night. I’d love to come again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We stayed here on a family trip with everyone from toddlers to guests in their 70s. Everyone was extremely satisfied and said, “We want to come again!” and “We’d like to recommend it to friends!” The Room facing the river and greenery was spacious and spotless. The sofa, chairs, table, cooking utensils, and tableware were all well prepared. The Onsen was wonderful, and above all, the in-room foot bath was a big hit. The karaoke facilities were also an excellent plus point. We truly enjoyed our stay. We chose the Plan with a meat hors d’oeuvre platter, and it was delicious. They also responded quickly to our questions via LINE with great care, which was very helpful. Thank you again.

We stayed here for a 50th birthday trip with two classmates from Osaka and two from the Kanto area. Our Room was on the 3rd floor, so the view was of the sea beyond the parking lot. It wasn’t the view shown in the photos, which was disappointing. The bath was a hinoki bath, and the Onsen was great. Google Maps guided us to approach from the stairs side, so we had to take a longer route. There were also two toilets, and the Room was clean, so we had a wonderful time.

We had a comfortable stay with the whole family to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. Thank you for exceeding our expectations with your responses to our requests. We are truly grateful for the memorable and enjoyable moments you provided.

I have experienced almost all luxury vacations in Japan, but the support here is undoubtedly the best in the country. We ended up staying on a day when a severe cold wave hit, and upon mentioning the cold, they immediately went out to purchase and set up a heater for us. Despite being a large facility, it was impeccably clean with no complaints about cleanliness. Even though it was a vacation stay, their thorough support allowed us to feel at ease during our accommodation. In contrast to another nearby new facility called N ○○tami where even the main power for the sauna wasn’t turned on and inquiries were poorly handled—making it impossible to use the sauna—this place responded promptly to everything we needed. The staff quality here is comparable to that of butlers at The Ritz Hotel. It’s clear that the owner is very competent. The location is also wonderful and provided an excellent change of pace. Thank you so much! On particularly cold days, having heaters in each room would be even better; however, during daytime hours, sunlight streamed in beautifully and kept us warm enough.

Thank you for hosting us with the yakiniku set included. Although it rained and some of our plans changed, we had a very fulfilling day with the tent sauna, cold plunge bath, table tennis, and BBQ, and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

At the very end of summer vacation, my husband and son insisted on coming here for glamping. As a woman, I was honestly a bit nervous about the Facility and meals—but it was simply the best. 【Check-in】 They explained the Facility to us. At the marché, there were vibrant vegetables and even seafood in a large tank! Some items are free, and others can be exchanged with coins you receive—choosing what to get was so exciting. We booked a Plan with dinner and breakfast included, but the portions were incredible. Even my big-eating husband and son had more than enough with what was included in the Plan! (Any unused coins could be saved for Shizuoka souvenirs or even kept for our next stay.) In the firewood area, there were many different types of wood. The Room already has firewood for cooking, but here you can choose wood to enjoy different sounds and aromas. 【Room】 It felt spotless, and we had no worries about odors or temperature. There are two BBQ areas—one indoors and one outdoors. The indoor side (with an earthen-floor style space) has a kitchen and a large ventilation duct, plus air conditioning, so smoke doesn’t come into the living area. The Room was extremely clean and beautiful. I expected some bugs or smells with glamping—and heat in summer—but it was surprisingly comfortable. There’s a double-sink vanity, two types of hair dryers (including a Repronizer), and even hair irons provided. In addition to pajamas, they also provide samue loungewear for dinner (for both adults and children), so there’s no need to take home clothes that smell like food. 【Onsen & Sauna】 There is an Onsen connected directly to both indoor and outdoor baths, plus a barrel sauna and an impressive cold plunge pool. Ponchos and hats are also available. The bedroom is separated from the bath/changing area/vanity area, so it works well even for two families traveling together. 【Meals】 The commercial refrigerator was stocked with juices, alcoholic drinks, and ice cream! With stylish camping gear like skillets and mess tins—along with ingredients & recipes—our 10-year-old son enthusiastically cooked for us. The thick Shizuoka beef was so tender you barely needed teeth… even the abalone was truly soft! For breakfast you can choose Japanese or Western style; either way it was delicious and satisfying. All of the staff were very kind. We enjoyed luxury-Hotel-level comfort while still experiencing the freedom that makes glamping special. We’ll definitely be back when the season changes!

We stayed with my son’s family, a total of seven people. We all enjoyed having a BBQ together. The view was wonderful, and the night scenery was beautiful as well. I played the games provided with my grandchildren and had lots of fun playing until late at night. The bathroom was spacious, which was great. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

The views are beautiful, and the peaceful setting lets you enjoy a special getaway. There is also a sauna, and each Room has its own bathroom and toilet, so even large groups can stay comfortably with plenty of privacy. We tried the BBQ once, but it wasn’t quite what we expected. Since delivery is available, you may be fine without meals included. The butler’s service was excellent as well. For older guests, the beds may feel a bit too high.

The location is excellent—just a few dozen seconds to Atami Ginza Shopping Street and about a 1-minute walk to Sun Beach. The pillow was small and the bed was a bit firm, but considering the price, I think that’s understandable. If you’re not specifically looking for an Onsen and want to enjoy Atami’s food scene, this is an ideal choice.

The pool was honestly too cold in March, so it wasn’t really possible to swim, but I think it would be perfect in summer. I appreciated the discount because of that. The Room, Facility, and stocked supplies were all high quality, and I was very satisfied. The tea and coffee were also delicious. It’s on a hill, so the view was great. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was convenient for buying anything we ran out of.

I had a wonderful stay, even though it was just for one night. The space was very spacious, and the lights and air conditioning were already on at check-in, making it a pleasant experience. I needed to cook for myself, but I brought ingredients from home, so there was no issue. It would have been even better if there were more seasonings available. I enjoyed grinding my own coffee, but having tea or green tea would have allowed the whole family to enjoy tea time together. I struggled to figure out how to turn off some of the lights completely—apologies for that! Despite the typhoon weather, there were moments when the rain stopped, allowing me to enjoy the view. I'd love to stay again with different companions next time. Thank you!

The private villa feel was wonderful. The views were excellent, and the Onsen was relaxing—we really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, with the nearest convenience store about a 10-minute drive away.

A wonderful space, rich in artistic ornaments and paintings. It's a shame not to stay for at least two nights. The bath was also excellent with two bathtubs.

I stayed here at the end of 2025. This accommodation, carefully crafted by a travel-loving couple, feels like a hidden retreat for adults. As the facility is relatively new, it seems not widely known yet, but every detail—from the room layout and furniture to amenities and lighting—reflects thoughtful design. The spacious and quiet environment made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The open-air bath was particularly outstanding, offering such comfort that I found myself wanting to take multiple dips while enjoying fresh air breaks in between. The sauna is also available, allowing guests to relax privately without worrying about others. Meals are not provided, and while it’s located slightly away from the center of Yugawara, this adds to its charm as a serene escape where you can truly forget daily life and indulge in the luxury of doing nothing in this hidden retreat-like space.

Everything exceeded my expectations, and I was extremely satisfied. The open view facing the ocean is wonderful. Surrounded by greenery, I was able to relax while listening to birdsong. The Room, decor, kitchen area, large TV, and amenities—everything was excellent. I used the sauna in the evening and again in the morning; it felt amazing. We also used the optional BBQ set, and we were able to grill deliciously over a high-heat burner. The deck for BBQ is spacious and feels very open. It’s a villa that makes you want to stay again. When you turn into the narrow lane leading there, there’s a sign saying “No U-turn ahead,” which made me wonder if I was going the right way. However, there was a parking area at the end, which was reassuring. I walked down the lane once to check beforehand but couldn’t find any signage guiding you to the property.
