We stayed in Building D, which is pet-friendly. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. There’s honestly nothing to criticize, so here are a few tips to help you enjoy your stay even more. Jacuzzi / Open-air bath / Pool: 　Bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Stink bugs (currently a large outbreak): 　It’s helpful to bring sticky tape for removal. Bakery: 　There’s a great bakery nearby. Amenities: 　High-quality POLA amenities are provided, so you only need to bring the basics. To fully enjoy it: 　You’ll probably want to stay two nights. Appliances: 　Most appliances are available, but there doesn’t seem to be an air fryer (probably). Shirarahama Beach: 　It’s just under 2 km away—slightly far. Dogs aren’t allowed on Shirarahama Beach, which is disappointing, but the beauty of the beach is amazing.

Last summer, we stayed here for the first time and our whole family was thrilled to enjoy such an extraordinary getaway, so this year we extended our stay to three nights. Since we thought we might not make it by check-in time, we let them know we would be late, and they responded very pleasantly. Check-in was until 6:00 PM, but when we arrived around 7:00 PM and went to reception, the staff greeted us with a wonderful smile and said “Welcome back,” providing truly perfect service. Right after checking in, as we drove out for dinner, we noticed that the decorative lights that had been on earlier were now off—and realized they had turned them on as a landmark to help us find reception. We felt sorry for the trouble and were impressed by how thoughtful the staff were. Because we have a dog, we chose a type with a large dog run and BBQ facilities, and it exceeded our expectations. The Room was spacious and spotless, amenities were well prepared, and it was so perfect it was hard to find anything to complain about. We’d love to keep using it like a vacation home in the future, and I think it’s also ideal for multiple families or three-generation trips.

The view from the window was breathtaking, and we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. The sunset in particular was stunning—better than we had imagined. We would definitely like to stay again.

It was absolutely amazing! Since we stayed just one night, it flew by, but I’m so glad we decided to rent the whole house! The place is stylish in every way, and there were plenty of towels—so after playing in the pool, we went straight to the Onsen! We could also do laundry, played in the pool again the next morning, and then back to the Onsen! The hot sandwiches included in the breakfast Plan were very filling. We also found the Arita mandarin orange juice that came with breakfast being sold elsewhere as a souvenir, so we bought some to take home. The quality of the meat for dinner BBQ was excellent—tender, juicy, and truly delicious! Meat included in BBQ Plans is often tough and not very impressive, but this one was incredibly good! Next time I’d love to bring friends and definitely stay here again!

It was a very comfortable and wonderful villa. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the bath was absolutely lovely. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean. In particular, the living room was spacious with no clutter, so my grandchild could run around freely. We would like to stay again next time.

Everything, including the Room and the bath, was clean and spotless, which made us very happy. The meals were generous in portion size, and the meat was tender; we had one older guest with us, and they were pleased because it was easy to eat. We had previously stayed at another villa that wasn’t clean and had a difficult time, so we arrived feeling a bit anxious—but this place far exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, and we were truly delighted. There were quite a few insects due to the season, but it was great that various insect-repellent products were provided. The amenities were also very well stocked and wonderful! The pool and the view were amazing as well. It was great to be able to refresh ourselves properly for the first time in a while. We would definitely love to stay again! About parking and late check-in I called once before my stay and once on the day of my stay, a total of two times to confirm. Because I would be checking in late, I was told there would be a map in the Hotel Room showing where the second parking lot is, and that I should look at it and move my car. However, there was no map in the Room. Since it was nighttime, I ended up having to call the toll-free number to have a staff member come out. It worked out because I was able to reach someone, but it made me nervous thinking about what would have happened if I couldn’t contact anyone at night. At check-out as well, the check-in counter was locked in the morning, so I had to call the toll-free number again just to return the key. Checking out at 7:30 a.m. seems like a fairly normal time, so if you can’t keep the reception desk open, I think you should provide something like a key drop box. The Room is clean and the Facilities are well equipped, but it’s a shame because service issues detract from an otherwise good stay.

Overall, I was satisfied. However, the lights were either fully on or completely off, so I’d like the living room lighting to be improved.

The location of the facility and parking lot was hard to find. The facility and Onsen were excellent. The view from the balcony was also amazing.
