Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. Thank you very much.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

I stayed here for a fan event in Ariake. It was a shame I missed the late-night soba and couldn’t try it, but otherwise my stay was very comfortable. The large public bath was crowded at night so I skipped it, but it was pleasant in the morning. It was spacious with a great view. I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed here for a marriage proposal. When I contacted the staff in advance about arranging a surprise, they kindly accommodated my request, allowing me to create the ideal proposal. We booked a Plan that included access to the Gold Lounge, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Thoughtful touches were evident throughout our stay, making it the most luxurious and memorable experience of my life.

Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

We stayed for one night with a child (No Meals Included), and the staff were very courteous. After walking around for sightseeing, our child was tired and in a bad mood, and I was exhausted from long-distance driving and sightseeing as well. We were able to relax and ease our fatigue in the bath, and even enjoy a snowy view from the open-air bath (as a cold wave had arrived). The scenery was wonderful, and we were very satisfied. The Room was also kept clean and well prepared, providing a comfortable environment to rest.

We stayed for one night over the weekend as a family. We enjoyed Futako-Tamagawa’s unique atmosphere, where the city and nature blend beautifully, and the large public bath was excellent. Our whole family was able to relax and take our time. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance.

I stayed for two nights. Overall it was good, but I was disappointed that the in-room slippers were so thin they tore easily (though I was given a new pair). Also, I was on the 8th floor, and it was inconvenient to go down to the 4th floor first and then take a different elevator up to the 18th floor to use the bath. The view was great and overall it was good. Thank you.

This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. They upgraded my room and gave me a small congratulatory gift. One staff member kindly accompanied us to the room and guided us during check-in. We didn’t use the other facilities, but we rested well in the spacious, comfortable room, and the large bathroom—with a bathtub and even a separate shower booth—was really nice. It’s a hotel where you can relax quietly without noisy tourists. The amenities are good too.

The entrance is just outside the ground-level exit of Takebashi Subway Station, and the Room is spacious with a great view of the Imperial Palace.

The welcome sweets reflected thoughtful hospitality and were a delight. The breakfast venue offers a spectacular view overlooking the Imperial Palace. Although there were many international staff members, both they and the Japanese staff were cheerful and kind throughout our stay.

I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.

The quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax. Since I was staying for work, I booked a single room, and the large desk was very helpful. I also appreciated being able to watch subscription services on the TV. However, I noticed there might not have been a clock in the room; if that's the case, having one would be convenient. The breakfast buffet seemed tailored for international guests, so it would be nice to have more Japanese-style dishes available. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the late check-out this time due to my schedule. Next time, I'd love to take my time and enjoy the art pieces displayed within the accommodation. From the moment you enter the property, you’re greeted by a view that makes you wonder, “Is this really Japan?” The stylish building, lush green lawn, and magnificent ocean view all create an extraordinary escape. This was a gift trip for my companion, and they were truly delighted. - The building feels like a luxurious resort. It’s spacious, impeccably clean, and simply wonderful. With three bedrooms, it’s great for larger groups, but it also had just the right Facility for two people to relax and unwind. From the living room, bedrooms, and bath, the views are breathtaking—an uninterrupted panorama of sea and sky. Bath time while watching the sunset was the highlight of our trip. At night we stepped out onto the balcony to enjoy drinks and stargaze; in this indulgently quiet setting where you hear only the waves, we could admire a sky full of stars. - We also used the BBQ option. We asked to slightly reduce the amount of meat and upgrade the selection; it was just the right portion size, and we were able to grill spiny lobster (Ise-ebi) we bought at a local seafood market as well. Everything is well equipped and clean—even beginners can enjoy BBQ safely with peace of mind. (Please note: as it is in a residential area nearby, use is available until 9:00 PM.) This was our first trip to Izu Oshima, and staying at Miko’s place was absolutely the right choice. We would love to stay here again when we return to Oshima!

The accommodation's service is excellent, and the sauna on the balcony with a stunning view is very relaxing. I would love to stay at this accommodation again.

This Hotel is located at the top of a narrow mountain road. It was very quiet, and the soothing music playing throughout the Hotel made it even more relaxing. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but if there hadn’t been any fog, we would have been able to see the horizon from our Room and enjoy an even more wonderful view. 　The meals were carefully prepared, and both the fish and roast beef were served with vegetables that paired perfectly with each dish—everything was delicious. The dessert was a yogurt mousse (I’m not sure if that’s correct), but it was excellent. We stayed as a family of four, including our son in his 20s, and everyone left feeling full—though we did ask for extra bread. 　We were told they host only three groups per day, and we were able to use the spacious private family bath as well. It was a stay that freed us from everyday busyness and truly felt like an escape. 　The interior furnishings throughout the Hotel were also thoughtfully arranged and had an elegant feel. 　If we have the chance, we would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

I booked a reservation with breakfast included. The original fish burger, miso soup, and a small selection of Western-style side dishes were incredibly delicious. The public bath is available until 10 PM, and the women's area has enough space for about four people to soak comfortably. It seems the showers can still be used even after hours. I used the hairdryer in my room, so the changing area didn’t get crowded, which was nice. The room was spacious and clean. The wooden flooring made it feel like home. Amenities such as toothbrushes, pajamas, and towels were well-prepared and abundant. I accidentally left my jacket in the closet but received a prompt call right after check-out, allowing me to retrieve it safely. Since I wasn’t wearing it due to the heat, I wouldn’t have noticed without their call—very grateful for that! At night, we went out for dinner elsewhere and got too tired to go stargazing; however, the sunset from nearby Yokote Beach was stunningly beautiful. From our room window, we could see cats outside—it was unexpectedly soothing!
