Whenever I stay in Kokura, I always choose this Hotel. The service is consistently high quality, and this time the staff provided even more pleasant and comfortable hospitality. In customer service, it’s easy to fall into routine over time, but thanks to their warm smiles and attentive support, I had a truly comfortable stay. This is just my personal impression, but I understand the Daiwa Net Hotel in Kokura is celebrating its 10th anniversary. I hope you will continue to value your original spirit and remain a fresh, welcoming Hotel that stays close to travelers’ hearts. Congratulations on your 10th anniversary. All staff were courteous and attentive, and I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you. It would have been nice to have a chair in the bathroom. I had breakfast, and it was very delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. The air conditioning had been turned on in advance, so we could enter the room comfortably after check-in. It is close to the station, the breakfast is delicious, and it is a recommended Hotel.

The Room was clean and spacious, making it easy to relax. The night view is wonderful, and on a clear morning, the cityscape and sea of Kitakyushu seen through the large windows feel truly refreshing. The balance between modern conveniences like self check-in and the timeless sense of luxury is very comfortable, and this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again when I visit Kokura next time. Of course, the staff were also cheerful and kind. Thank you for your hospitality.

The staff were truly wonderful! The Room was clean and made for a comfortable stay! The complimentary curry rice was delicious, and we were very satisfied! We would love to stay again!

We stayed with two adults and two children. It was great that the beds in the triple Room could be moved. The Room was spacious and convenient to use. However, the Room was dusty and the bathroom was also dirty. The noise from next door or upstairs was loud, so we wondered if the walls were thin. Overall, we felt it was worth the price.

From check-in onward, the staff provide pleasant and welcoming service. It’s a bit disappointing that the Room key is not a card key, but... The breakfast is delicious! This time, I extended my check-out time for an additional fee and was able to relax. I will stay here again.

It was conveniently located relatively close to Kokura Station, with a convenience store nearby. The Room was also clean. Breakfast was at 6:30, and since I checked out before 7:00, I couldn’t use it, which was disappointing. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.

I made a reservation two days before my stay. Staying from Friday to Saturday, even with no meals included, I was satisfied with the price being under 7,000 yen. The antique-style furniture gave a sense of history and elegance, making it a lovely room. Although it was cold and snowing lightly, I strolled through the Japanese garden and found it to be a charming place. Choosing drinks (packs) and amenities was enjoyable and added to the experience. Recently, I've been staying at business hotels often, so staying here was a refreshing change of pace. The front desk staff were very pleasant—thank you!

We traveled by car, but the hotel was very close to Yahata Station and also conveniently accessible by public transportation. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious.

I have stayed here several times before, but I switched to other Hotels because the TV was an older type and hard to watch, and the Room felt a bit dark. This time, I stayed again after a long while and found that the TV had been updated and the Room seemed brighter—perhaps renovated—which was a great improvement. I would like to stay here again in the future.

I stayed for one night with No Meals Included. Amenities are available on the 1st floor for guests to take what they need, and the Room has individual air conditioning. There was a notice in the elevator saying earplugs are available if construction noise becomes an issue, as a building is planned next door, but it was quiet during my stay. The Room was clean and I had a comfortable stay.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but I missed my train and ended up checking in later than planned; it was very helpful to know that check-in was available until midnight. There are large and medium public baths for both men and women, which helped me relax after the trip. The Room also had bright lighting that I like, making it very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed plenty of my favorite mentaiko (spicy cod roe).

Although the building felt a bit old, it was well cleaned and comfortable. I only used it for sleeping, but I was fully satisfied. If your reason for visiting Kitakyushu is the Kanmon Tunnel, sightseeing, or attending an event, it offers good access to Mojiko and the Kokura area, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. The staff were courteous, so I could stay with peace of mind.

I stayed with my 4-year-old daughter. There was one double bed, and a simple safety rail was installed on one side to prevent falls. I had my daughter sleep on the rail side and I slept on the other side, which felt safe. The toilet had a child seat attached, and even the toilet paper had kid-friendly illustrations. At the breakfast buffet, children’s chopsticks were casually provided as well, and there were so many moments where we could feel their thoughtful care. It was also a big help that we could borrow a phone charger (there was a QR code in the Room that let us contact the Hotel about various services, and that’s how I found out about charger rentals). Breakfast featured many dishes made with local seafood, and we enjoyed it while finding everything delicious. We took longer because of my child, but the staff supported us without showing any displeasure, which I truly appreciated. The building did feel a bit dated, but overall it was very comfortable to stay here. It’s a wonderful Hotel with attentive touches that anticipate what guests need. When I come to Kitakyushu again, I’ll definitely stay here next time!

The location is close to the JR Kokura Station Shinkansen Exit, making it easy to find and very convenient. The Room was upgraded to a slightly larger corner Room due to the Hotel's arrangement, which allowed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, I received a sample of nuts at check-in and enjoyed them.
