It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. Breakfast was very high quality, and the adults were satisfied. We stayed with children as well, but it felt too adult-oriented and they didn’t seem to enjoy it. We stayed in a standard twin Room. The bedding was very comfortable, but there was a lot of dust in the Room and I had a runny nose and sneezing. The curtains and corners of the Room didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly enough. One small issue: there was no trash bin by the sink, which was inconvenient.

Because Typhoon No. 9 was forecast to approach Okinawa, we moved our stay up by one day and were accommodated. We arrived early for dinner at the restaurant as well, and they kindly took care of us, so we were able to eat plenty at a relaxed pace. Thank you to the staff for your excellent service. From the next day, we enjoyed watching baseball and visiting the adjacent shops, spending a leisurely time and enjoying a different atmosphere with no stress.
