There are also direct-sales markets offering freshly caught local seafood and locally grown vegetables and fruit, as well as restaurants where you can fully enjoy Kochi’s cuisine—an environment where you can experience all the charms of this area. About a 15-minute drive east from Kochi Airport, NAMI TERRACE GEISEI is a small resort on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean, marked by the French cruiser yacht “Cristina Rosseti.” The four villas, each named after a French port town, were designed to evoke an overseas seaside resort. To the south lies the horizon; to the west, sunsets; at night, a sky full of stars; and in the morning, sunrise over the eastern sky. Enjoy the ever-changing beauty of the sea throughout the day. The guest-only sauna “Melange” features a cave-like space with exterior walls formed using a construction 3D printer. Relax with an ice bath kept at a controlled temperature by a chiller and outdoor lounging with views of the sea and sky for moments of pure bliss.
