Founded in 1937, Yamato-ya Besso—beloved by literary figures—is a purely Japanese-style Ryokan with 19 Rooms and a Michelin four-star rating. Within its time-honored sukiya-style architecture, each Room features an indoor hot-spring bath made of Koya-maki cypress. Meals are served in your Room by dedicated attendants, allowing you to savor the flavors of Iyo at a relaxed pace.
