At the foot of Mount Zozu, overlooking the historic Kotohira Shrine, affectionately known as "Konpira-san" since ancient times, stands the Kotohira Grand Hotel Sakuranoshou. In spring, cherry blossoms; in summer, lush greenery; and in autumn, vibrant foliage—guests can enjoy the seasonal scenery through the windows and find comfort in the colorful decor. In April 2020, the "Hatsune Premium" rooms with private open-air Onsen baths were opened.
