A one-group-per-day exclusive Property located at the foot of the "Sky Olive Garden" overlooking the Asan Mountain Range. The building has been renovated with architectural elements by Keita Nagata, featuring a Conoid Chair by George Nakashima and AKARI by Isamu Noguchi. The innovative design, where the main house's veranda connects seamlessly through the detached Room, eliminates the boundary between indoors and outdoors, blending harmoniously with nature. The veranda passes through an open-air bath and eventually leads to the eastern olive garden. Guests can freely use the three Rooms: the main living area designed by George Nakashima, the bedroom, and the Japanese-style study Room with a calming ship-bottom ceiling.

A Property located just a 5-minute drive from Takamatsu Station offers a stay with views of a garden featuring a flowing waterfall. In 2019, a new wing was added, introducing 90 guest rooms with a focus on spatial design and a banquet hall accommodating up to 250 people. The 16-square-meter single rooms are equipped with 120cm-wide Simmons beds and air purifiers with humidifying functions. Guests can enjoy exquisite dishes crafted with the finest seafood and mountain delicacies of Sanuki, prepared with the expertise honed by skilled chefs over the years. The hotel, located in the center of Takamatsu yet offering a tranquil environment, features an Onsen with a natural hot spring source and a sauna.
