I have been staying at Comfort Hotel Hiroshima Otemachi for over 20 years. The room was kept very clean, the breakfast was just right, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again during the Flower Festival next year.

It was my first stay in a while, and I had a great time thanks to the friendly staff.

The Facility is new, and I was able to stay very comfortably. I had dinner at the Hotel’s buffet-style restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also offer an all-you-can-drink Plan, which I used as well. It’s a reasonably priced and highly recommended Plan. Although it’s a bit far from the station, tram stop, and downtown area, there are great okonomiyaki restaurants nearby. In fact, it was nice to be able to explore places that locals frequent.

The buffet was delicious, and the tram station was conveniently nearby.

This was my first visit to Hiroshima, and I stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is conveniently located right in front of the tram stop from Hiroshima Station, making check-in quick and easy. The next day, I took a bus to the zoo, and since the hotel is directly connected to the bus center, it was very convenient. Sogo department store is right next door, and there’s a convenience store nearby as well. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also just a short walk away. It’s an excellent location for shopping and sightseeing, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hiroshima.

Conveniently located near Peace Memorial Park, with a bus stop right in front of the Hotel and frequent bus service to Hiroshima Station. The Facility is an older property, so some age is noticeable, but the twin room is spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet and a sofa, making it very comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

Above all, the affordable stay was a great help. The amenities included everything I needed, and it was more than sufficient for a No Meals Included stay. For this price, I could sleep in a bed in a private room, and it was quiet around the Accommodation, so I would like to stay again.

The Facility was a bit dated, but considering the price—including breakfast—the service was excellent. I planned my schedule thinking I would only be there to sleep, but I ended up wishing I had spent more time relaxing in the Room. Next time I visit Hiroshima, I would love to stay here again.

I always stay here when I go to watch the Carp. It’s close to the stadium, and best of all, there’s a large public bath, plus breakfast and dinner included— that price is unbeatable. I’ll definitely stay here again next year.

It’s very close to Hiroshima Station, yet it’s not noisy and is easy to use. On hot summer days, it’s very convenient to go from the station’s second-floor deck to the neighboring Edion, then go down to the first floor and cross the traffic light in between. Edion also has a Tsutaya and other shops. There is also a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel. The amenities you need are available in front of the reception desk, which was nice.

I stayed for one night. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but since the room was ready, I was able to check in earlier than planned and take a short rest before sightseeing. The front desk staff were kind, and I had a comfortable stay. Next time, I would like to stay for multiple nights. It was very convenient as it is located very close to the station.

As I wrote after my previous stay, this Hotel offers classic-hotel service at a Business Hotel price. With hotel rates rising so sharply these days, it reminds me that what truly matters is the people—not superficial renovations. Thank you as always. I look forward to staying with you again when I visit Hiroshima.

There are many lively shops nearby, and although it was a bit far, we were able to walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome as well. The only issue was that the washbasin drain smelled (this should be improved). The front desk staff member was also very pleasant. Thank you!

It was cozy, clean, and pleasant. The proximity to the station was convenient.

I stayed here while attending a concert at Hiroshima Green Arena and had a comfortable stay. The streetcar runs right in front of the Hotel, and the location was great, so I would like to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima.

I stay here repeatedly because I often have errands nearby, and once again I was very satisfied with my stay since I already know how convenient everything is. It’s a 2–3 minute walk to the streetcar stop (similar to a train station), and there is also shared-bike parking in front of the Hotel entrance, though the number of spaces is limited. I think this Accommodation is truly convenient for anyone staying long-term in Hiroshima City. All Rooms are twin Rooms with double beds, and the bathrooms are very spacious, so even larger guests should be able to relax comfortably. Depending on the Room, there may be a dedicated rack for hanging a road bike and an additional closet Room for storing large luggage. If I had to mention one thing: although there are vending machines, there is no complimentary water in the Room. Since it’s about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store or the nearest supermarket, it’s better to buy drinks in advance before checking in.

The unit bath was a bit small, but the Room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions carefully. In addition, it was great value for money and the service was attentive; we really appreciated the complimentary coffee, water, and ice cream. We would love to stay again next time. Thank you again for taking care of us. We made a Reservation without meals, but when we were asked at check-in, we changed it to include meals. The menu had just the right number of dishes, and we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The building shows its age, but it was very comfortable and calming. We look forward to staying with you again!

The front desk, hallways, and Room were all clean and nice. We stayed as a couple, and the Room size was more than sufficient. I’ve stayed at various Hotels, but this time the Accommodation Fee was low and the quality exceeded expectations, so we were very satisfied. I would like to stay here again.
