Andong Station × Highly rated for customer service and hospitality at Hotel·Ryokan

I stay here repeatedly because I often have errands nearby, and once again I was very satisfied with my stay since I already know how convenient everything is. It’s a 2–3 minute walk to the streetcar stop (similar to a train station), and there is also shared-bike parking in front of the Hotel entrance, though the number of spaces is limited. I think this Accommodation is truly convenient for anyone staying long-term in Hiroshima City. All Rooms are twin Rooms with double beds, and the bathrooms are very spacious, so even larger guests should be able to relax comfortably. Depending on the Room, there may be a dedicated rack for hanging a road bike and an additional closet Room for storing large luggage. If I had to mention one thing: although there are vending machines, there is no complimentary water in the Room. Since it’s about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store or the nearest supermarket, it’s better to buy drinks in advance before checking in.

It was a great Hotel. The directions from Hiroshima Station were easy to understand thanks to the guidance on the website. It will be even more convenient once the underground passage construction is finished. The lobby had a wonderful, out-of-the-ordinary atmosphere. It was also helpful that I could leave my luggage before check-in. The Room was spacious and clean, and I couldn’t hear noise from other guests, so I could relax. Breakfast was one of the highlights as well, and it lived up to its reputation—I really enjoyed it. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the chance.

The Hotel is very close to the station, making it easy to get around. The Room was clean and spacious, and the king-size bed was large enough for two adults and one child to sleep comfortably. The large public bath has both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day. The only drawback was that check-in is done using a self-service kiosk, but the instructions were a bit unclear and it didn’t feel very user-friendly.

The service, rooms, and meals—everything about this Hotel was wonderful. The lounge was even more comfortable than expected, and I would love to stay again. All the food was delicious, but the only disappointment was the okonomiyaki. There was also a great variety of drinks, including plenty of alcoholic options. I couldn’t make it during afternoon tea due to other plans, so I’d definitely like to try it next time.

This was our first stay at the REI Hotel. The location was very convenient, and since we didn’t spend much time at the Hotel, we appreciated being able to focus on sleep—the bed was spacious and the Room was comfortable. After the live show, we were completely exhausted, so we’re glad we chose this place to rest.

I have been staying at Comfort Hotel Hiroshima Otemachi for over 20 years. The room was kept very clean, the breakfast was just right, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again during the Flower Festival next year.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s conveniently located near the station, yet it was quiet, so I could relax. Best of all, the bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathtub was spacious. They also provided bath salts, so I was able to soak and unwind after a long day.

It was very convenient, as the Hotel is close to a streetcar stop and there are shopping streets and commercial facilities nearby. I really liked the bathroom with a washing area, and the bathtub was spacious. However, the underside of the drain cover was darkened, so I would appreciate it if this kind of detail could be cleaned without being overlooked. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable Room, and I would like to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Hiroshima.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. In particular, the scallops—grilled on the spot using fresh seafood—were outstanding. Also, thank you for storing our luggage even after checkout, which allowed us to explore Hiroshima hands-free right up until we left.

The Room was spacious, and the vanity area was also large, so my daughter and I didn’t have to compete for the mirror while getting ready to leave. I also appreciated having a magnifying mirror available. We had breakfast on the first floor, and even when we arrived after 9:00, we could still take items from the buffet until 10:00, so we were able to eat at a relaxed pace. Late check-out was also available, which made our stay truly relaxing. The downside is that the bathroom door is glass, so it feels very exposed.

I decided that morning to have the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the Hiroshima local specialties—dumpling soup with shiratama, steamed egg custard with oysters, and dried nodoguro fish; everything was delicious. I usually choose No Meals Included no matter which Hotel I stay at, but this time it was absolutely the right choice. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I stayed here in Hiroshima again after a long time. As always, the reliable service made it easy to relax and rest.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute taxi ride from Hiroshima Station, in central Hiroshima near the Atomic Bomb Dome. I stayed in a single Room, and everything felt compact and well organized. The Room seemed a bit old, with some scratches and stains on the walls, but it was acceptable. The staff were excellent. They explained the facilities clearly and even called a taxi for me. In addition, breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed local Hiroshima specialties, and the beef stew was especially good. I would like to stay at this Hotel again if I have the chance.

I stayed here for a baseball game. It’s a bit far from the stadium, but I always choose the Hatchobori area because I plan to go bar-hopping. Having a separate bath and toilet was really appreciated after being out in the heat. There wasn’t any tea in the Room—maybe it was included with the amenities given at check-in? I’d like tea and coffee to be stocked in the Room.

The unit bath was a bit small, but the Room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions carefully. In addition, it was great value for money and the service was attentive; we really appreciated the complimentary coffee, water, and ice cream. We would love to stay again next time. Conveniently located near Peace Memorial Park, with a bus stop right in front of the Hotel and frequent bus service to Hiroshima Station. The Facility is an older property, so some age is noticeable, but the twin room is spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet and a sofa, making it very comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

Trip to Hiroshima to See a DREAMS COME TRUE Concert I often visit Hiroshima for personal reasons, but I rarely stay overnight. This time, it was my first overnight stay in a while, and when choosing an Accommodation I looked for somewhere near Hiroshima Station and ended up at APA Hotel Hiroshima-Ekimae Ohashi. The location is excellent, making it perfect for sightseeing and events. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again next time.
