We stayed overnight to celebrate our grandchild’s birthday. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bathroom—especially the shower curtain—was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast lived up to its reputation, with a wide variety of dishes you don’t see at other hotels. They also used vegetables grown locally in Kobe, which was a big plus. And the juices—these days many places use machines, but not here. There were many drink options, and since I couldn’t resist, I tried small amounts of several kinds. There were also plenty of side dishes, and I ended up eating too much. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was wonderful as well, and we would love to stay here again.

This is an excellent Hotel in every respect—Room cleanliness, staff hospitality, delicious meals, and amenities such as towels and slippers. The location is also great, and my daughter always looks forward to visiting the Familia flagship store. You won’t have any trouble finding dinner options nearby. It has become our regular Accommodation whenever we stay in Kobe.

Perhaps because we stayed on the Sunday after the Obon holidays, the price was very reasonable. It was close to the station, and the Room had a large sofa, so we could relax and enjoy our stay. If I had to mention one issue—partly because we hadn’t properly completed our Check Reservation—our booking was listed as one male and one female instead of two females. We informed staff at check-in, but the loungewear prepared in the Room remained set for a male and a female. Even if it wasn’t needed, I would have appreciated it being checked. (Since we didn’t notice until bath time, my daughter slept in her clothes for the next day.)

The first Hotel in Japan to join Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH). The highest level of comfort! They promptly accommodated a sudden Room change and provided wonderfully courteous service. Thank you very much. The same attendant as last time assisted us again, and everyone was delighted with the consistently excellent service. The Hotel’s atmosphere and the staff are always polite and kind—truly outstanding! We will definitely stay again.

From the high floor, I could see the lights of Kobe Port, and the room had a more upscale atmosphere than a Business Hotel, allowing me to relax very much. I thought it would be quite a walk from Sannomiya Station, but by avoiding the cold and walking through Sanchika, I reache

I chose this Hotel because Reviews said the breakfast was delicious. The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the Room was clean. They also provided cleansing oil and toner, and the shower had a Mirable, which left my hair and skin feeling great—I was very happy. I was shown to a Room larger than expected. Since I planned to work remotely in the Hotel, the large desk was a huge help! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and black tea in the lobby. I also appreciated being able to borrow bath salts and a rubber duck. It was very comfortable, and I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you!

I stayed here when visiting Kobe for a concert at GLION Arena. It was very convenient and close to Sannomiya. The Hotel staff were very welcoming and left a great impression. I was able to refill drinking water for free, which helped me avoid heatstroke in the scorching Kobe heat.

I stay here for about three nights around the same time every year, and the Hotel’s sincere hospitality never changes. They respond quickly even to minor issues, and their courteous service remains a consistent highlight. The well-rounded breakfast is another constant, as is the afternoon drink service—I'm impressed that they maintain such a high level of hospitality. I sometimes read Reviews of other hotels saying, “It wasn’t like this before,” but this Hotel never leaves me with that kind of disappointment. Overall, you can really feel the quality of this Hotel. It has everything that makes me want to choose it again for my next stay in Kobe.

The Room was clean and felt more spacious than it looked in the photos. Both the property and the Room were stylish, and having a foldable makeup mirror in the Room was very helpful. Everything was well maintained and spotless. All of the housekeeping staff we passed in the hallway greeted us, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. I wish we had used the café as well, so I’d like to do so on our next stay.

Thanks to the excellent location and kind staff, we had a comfortable stay. The Facility was well equipped, and the curry was very delicious. Although the Room felt a bit small, our overall satisfaction was so high that it didn’t bother us at all, and it became a wonderful memory.

The Onsen water quality is my absolute favorite. There are various temperatures, and I especially appreciate the lukewarm options since that’s what I like. After bathing, my circulation improves so much that I keep sweating until the next day, and even my lower back pain eases for a while—I truly love it. My favorite thing about the Room is the seaside view. I most of all cherish the healing time of simply gazing at it without thinking about anything. And as for the dinner buffet, it’s honestly by far the best No. 1 among all the buffets I’ve tried around Japan—I’m genuinely overwhelmed with gratitude. Everyone is kind, and I was finally able to meet at the front desk someone I’d been emailing with for five years—I almost cried. I’ll be back. Thank you for the happiness. P.S. As a thank-you gift to relatives who have helped us, we treated them to a stay. They came back and told our family it was a wonderful Hotel. We chose a Room on the ocean side with a night view, thinking the kids would enjoy it. The children were happy, but the parents were absolutely amazed. The night view at Hotel Okura Kobe is outstanding—you can lose track of time just watching it.\n\nAnd breakfast: Okura’s breakfast is delicious across the board. The kids proudly told us they lined up twice for omelets! They even explained exactly what fillings they requested, their eyes sparkling.\n\nWe’re so glad we gifted them a stay at Hotel Okura Kobe. I visited for a retreat to rest my body and mind during the hot season. The clean Room and the ocean views and night scenery from the spacious deck were wonderful. The food and drinks in the lounge were also delicious, and before I knew it, it was already 1:00 PM checkout. I relaxed to the fullest and truly enjoyed my stay.

Whenever I travel to Kobe on business, I always stay here. As a small suggestion to make the stay even more comfortable, I noticed a little dust in the elevator and near the bottom of the guest room door, so I would appreciate it if you could check these areas during cleaning. I am very satisfied with the staff’s polite service and responses, as well as the large public bath. I always enjoy a pleasant stay here. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next business trip to Kobe. Thank you for your continued support.

Three of us stayed here as friends. We made a Reservation for the executive floor, so all three of us had spacious beds and a large Room. There were many perks, and we were able to fully enjoy our time. The large public bath also helped us relax both physically and mentally. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it wasn’t crowded, so we could enjoy it at a leisurely pace. When we visit Kobe again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

I truly enjoyed the world’s best breakfast. Not only the croissants, but also the other table breads, jams, vegetable drinks, tapioca, and everything else were delicious. I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Being new, it felt very clean. The amenities were fully stocked, and the breakfast dashi chazuke was delicious; with croissants and various drinks, I ended up eating too much and was very satisfied. The large public bath also washed away my fatigue. The only downside is that the smoking area is outside after exiting the entrance, but for non-smokers this would probably be a perfect score. I think the best Business Hotel is one with no drawbacks. 5 minutes on foot to Hankyu Sannomiya Station.

The Room was clean and well maintained. Security felt strong and reassuring, as access to the floor is restricted without a Room key for that floor. The location was convenient, with easy access from the station and plenty of nearby convenience stores. At the end of my stay, the toilet became clogged and wouldn’t flush when I was leaving; when I informed them at checkout, they both thanked me for letting them know and apologized for the inconvenience, which reflected very polite service.
