I stay here regularly, and the Hotel gets the basics right—the Room is thoroughly cleaned and truly comfortable. I’ll be back again.

It was a great Hotel. Because it’s new, it was very clean, and best of all, the bath, toilet, and washbasin were separate, and the bed was spacious. The front desk staff were also kind. The only disappointment was that although the breakfast buffet is available until 9:30, popular items were almost gone before 9:00 and didn’t seem to be replenished much. There were no sweets left at all.

This was our first stay, and my husband was especially pleased with how spacious the Room was. There was plenty of space to store our luggage, so we were able to relax comfortably. It was also convenient that the sink area was separate rather than inside the unit bath. The bathroom and toilet were neither particularly good nor bad. The front desk staff were calm and pleasant. Breakfast was just the right amount. The Room key is a traditional physical key, and the building is undeniably old, but if that doesn’t bother you, I think you can have a comfortable stay. It’s very close to Motomachi Station, the shopping street, and Nankinmachi (Chinatown), making it easy to get around. This is a Hotel I would like to use again. Thank you.

I stayed here on a business trip. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby areas, which was very helpful. The property was quiet, and I was able to rest well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. This time I used the municipal subway, and the Hotel was very convenient as it is located just outside the exit. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I had no trouble finding anything I needed. Considering the price, it was understandable, but I was disappointed that there were no women’s amenities such as makeup remover, and I felt that the bathroom and toilet were small.

We stayed as a family. The family-type room with a bed and sofa was spacious and comfortable, especially with small children. However, the water stains on the walls and floor of the bathroom were quite noticeable. Since we specifically chose a separate toilet and bath type instead of a unit bath, we had higher expectations for cleanliness, which was disappointing. Although we were curious about the restaurant, we didn’t use it this time but hope to try it when our children are older!

The website says it is a 5-minute walk from the “West Exit” of JR Sannomiya Station, but Sannomiya is a complex station with many lines, and it can be hard for first-time visitors to navigate. I was traveling via JR, and for JR users, it may be easier to exit from the Central Gate, go out to Ikuta Shinmichi, and head toward Motomachi (this is the route I used between the station and the Hotel afterward). The West Exit of JR Sannomiya Station is hard to find unless you go down from the platform, and getting to the Hotel through the maze under the tracks was difficult even with a map app. The Hotel staff were very kind and made my stay comfortable. The coffee service was much appreciated.

It was very convenient, as the Hotel is close to the station and there are many convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants along the way from the station to the Hotel. There were no non-smoking Rooms available, so we stayed in a smoking Room, but we did not notice any unpleasant odor. The Hotel itself did not seem to be a new building, but the Room was clean and amenities such as the TV were new and in great condition, so we had a comfortable stay. The staff were kind and very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kobe. Thank you for your hospitality.

When I arrived and entered the Room, the air conditioning was already on, so it was pleasantly cool. It was quiet with no noise, and I slept soundly. The coffee in the lobby was delicious.

Satisfied with everything except the room size. It was just a bit small.

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that the bidet toilet seat was cold and did not warm up even after changing the settings. Also, having to register as a Hotel member to use the free Wi-Fi was inconvenient and gave me the impression they were trying to lock in new customers, which left a negative impression.

5-minute walk from Hanshin Shinkaichi Station. There is a convenience store nearby. Please note that the entrance is up the stairs. Please hold the handrail and go up slowly. It is a homely guesthouse.

The Room was spacious and very comfortable, but when entering the Hotel, I had trouble because the nearby parking lot was full.

The Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained! The bed was spacious, and the Room had plenty of space. I appreciated the free drinks available for an extended time with a variety of options. I would love to stay again.

No issues with the service. Unique guesthouse experience. Unfortunately, I stayed on the coldest day of this winter's strongest cold wave, and no one came out. Even such days are part of the travel experience.
