Kaiseki Yado Shiosato was established in 1953 and has been operating as a Ryokan in this Banshu region for many years. Starting as a very small Ryokan with only 3 Rooms at the time of its founding, we have gradually grown with the support of our local guests. In 2003, marking our 50th anniversary, we underwent a complete renovation and have since been operating as a Property with 11 Rooms. Today, we welcome not only local guests but also many visitors from other prefectures through introductions and recommendations. Shiosato is still in the process of growth. We will continue striving to be a Property where guests can feel our daily evolution.

Accessible by bus from Himeji Station, this property offers free parking and is convenient as a base for business and sightseeing. All rooms are equipped with mattresses from the American Serta company, providing the ultimate sleeping comfort. The complimentary breakfast includes rice, miso soup, grilled fish, egg dishes, and side dishes, designed with nutritional balance in mind. Bread is also available for those who prefer Western-style meals.
