Kaiseki Yado Shiosato was established in 1953 and has been operating as a Ryokan in this Banshu region for many years. Starting as a very small Ryokan with only 3 Rooms at the time of its founding, we have gradually grown with the support of our local guests. In 2003, marking our 50th anniversary, we underwent a complete renovation and have since been operating as a Property with 11 Rooms. Today, we welcome not only local guests but also many visitors from other prefectures through introductions and recommendations. Shiosato is still in the process of growth. We will continue striving to be a Property where guests can feel our daily evolution.

Approximately a 10-minute walk to the World Heritage Site "Himeji Castle." Around Himeji Castle, you can also find art museums, a zoo, and a Japanese garden, all within walking distance for your sightseeing pleasure. Additionally, it takes about 30 minutes by car from the Hotel to reach multi-leisure Facilities such as a safari park and an amusement park. It is highly convenient not only as a base for business but also for sightseeing. The guest rooms feature stylish and sophisticated interiors. All rooms are over 20 square meters, offering a spacious and relaxing environment with a variety of well-equipped Facilities. The bathrooms adopt a semi-separate type with a separate bath and toilet. A fitness room is also available, allowing you to refresh with moderate exercise during your stay.

Accessible by bus from Himeji Station, this property offers free parking and is convenient as a base for business and sightseeing. All rooms are equipped with mattresses from the American Serta company, providing the ultimate sleeping comfort. The complimentary breakfast includes rice, miso soup, grilled fish, egg dishes, and side dishes, designed with nutritional balance in mind. Bread is also available for those who prefer Western-style meals.
