I stay here once or twice every year, and it is always a truly pleasant experience. The buffet meals are all delicious—there’s nothing that feels mediocre—and the baths are spacious and comfortable. Some of the bath facilities (such as the showers) feel a bit dated, but there are no issues with using them, and having towels freely available made my stay very comfortable. I would definitely like to visit again.

The Room with a front-row view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge was spacious and spotless, and everything stood out as exceptional among all the Hotels and Accommodations we have visited so far; we could truly feel the Hotel’s thoughtful hospitality everywhere we looked. We had dinner in Kobe City and only breakfast at the Hotel, but the in-room breakfast was absolutely delicious. We happened to make a Reservation at this Hotel for our trip to Kobe, but thanks to the heartfelt care shown by all of your staff, we were able to spend a day that will remain a cherished memory. I often use this Hotel for day-use stays. True to its name, Spa Vintage, the Facility interiors are stylish and refined. In addition, the authentic sauna and cold plunge pool are well equipped, helping you feel refreshed both physically and mentally. I also love that they regularly offer löyly sessions. The restaurant is also highly recommended for its prime location with stunning views of Kobe at night.

We stayed as a family. The family-type room with a bed and sofa was spacious and comfortable, especially with small children. However, the water stains on the walls and floor of the bathroom were quite noticeable. Since we specifically chose a separate toilet and bath type instead of a unit bath, we had higher expectations for cleanliness, which was disappointing. Although we were curious about the restaurant, we didn’t use it this time but hope to try it when our children are older!

The Room was on a high floor with a great view and was very comfortable. The club lounge was excellent, offering a wide variety of sweets and sandwiches at tea time, and high-quality options at cocktail time including meat and fish dishes as well as alcoholic beverages. Breakfast was also well equipped, with features such as a live kitchen. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
