Among them, our establishment, once known as "Kita no Bo," was bestowed the name "Hyoe" by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and we welcome you with the utmost hospitality preserved and passed down through the ages.

Since Toyotomi Hideyoshi frequently held tea ceremonies with Sen no Rikyū, Arima Onsen, known as Japan's oldest onsen with a history of 1300 years, has continuously attracted visitors. Located on a hill overlooking the onsen town, Takasansou Kanno quietly stands. It is a property where the harmony of flowers, furnishings, and architecture naturally blends into the heart.

Arima Onsen, one of Japan's oldest hot spring resorts and counted among the three most famous onsen in Japan. During the Meiji era, when Kobe opened its port to foreign trade, many foreigners visited Arima Onsen. They also visited the renowned autumn foliage spot "Kiyomizu-dera," which later became a foreigner-exclusive hotel called "Kiyomizu Hotel." The lush green grounds of "Arima Sanso Goshobessho" still retain the sacred atmosphere of that time. Goshobessho was established by Shirobei Kanai XV, the current head of "Tosen Goshobo," Arima Onsen's oldest accommodation. All 10 suite rooms at Goshobessho are detached and feature private onsen baths and low-temperature saunas known as "Thermal Rooms." One of these suites even includes the world's first treehouse-style open-air bath.

On the 1st floor, the café restaurant "ESTUDIO" offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of dishes, including specialty egg-over-rice made with carefully selected ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture and the Property's original soup curry. From 11:00 to 14:00, we serve special hamburgers made with 100% domestic beef patties and lunch plates. Hamburgers and drinks are also available for takeout. From 15:00 to 19:00, we provide complimentary drinks exclusively for guests. Just a 3-minute walk from JR Kobe Station, our location offers excellent access to anywhere you need to go!
