Our carefully crafted creative Kaiseki cuisine, infused with Western essence, is meticulously prepared by our head chef using carefully selected seasonal ingredients. We personally visit producers to ensure the quality and passion behind the ingredients. Monthly tasting sessions are held within the team to perfect the seasonal Kaiseki menu. Responding to popular demand, in July 2022, we transformed the large communal bath and guest rooms with open-air baths into Onsen facilities.
