The master of our property is a "Sake Sommelier," and the proprietress is both a "Vegetable Sommelier" and an "Onsen Sommelier." What is a "Sake Sommelier"? At Kakimotoya, we carefully select local sake from Nara, matching the season and the monthly Kaiseki menu, and offer them with a professional touch. What is a "Vegetable Sommelier"? An expert in selecting vegetables and fruits, understanding their nutrients, and determining the best cooking methods for each ingredient.
