Everything was excellent—no complaints at all. It was a truly memorable Hotel. The food in particular was outstanding; it may have been the best of any place we’ve stayed so far. Not only was it delicious, but the portions were generous—we’re big eaters, and even we left completely full. The Room was also wonderful, with a lovely view of Lake Biwa. Simply the best. To prove it, as soon as we got home we made another Reservation for the crab course—it's six months away, but we’re already excited to enjoy your料理 again. This was my first visit, and the food was delicious. I also appreciated being able to take home the crab I couldn’t finish. The Onsen water felt wonderfully smooth, and we were very satisfied to have it reserved for our family’s private use. The location was also great—right by the sea, with a beautiful sunset—and it made me want to visit even in a season other than crab season. I’d love to come back again next year.
