Sakurabashi Station × Highly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan

The staff were kind and attentive, and I was very satisfied. The Room was clean and nice. The bathtub was spacious enough to stretch out my legs and relax. I also tried the much-talked-about breakfast curry, and it was delicious. Above all, the low accommodation cost really helped. When I stay in Shimizu again, I would like to use this place again.

We stayed for two nights with three generations, and everyone was thoroughly satisfied—not only with the magnificent views from the lobby and our Room, but also with the wonderful hospitality and delicious meals. The staff’s attentive, warm service and smiles were especially memorable, and we felt a gentle, clear, pleasant atmosphere throughout the Hotel. Shizuoka has many sightseeing spots, including a history museum that children can enjoy and Shizuoka Municipal Nihondaira Zoo (this zoo has many thoughtful touches and is truly recommended), so every generation can have a great time. After check-out, we also went to Shimizu Port to enjoy dining and shopping. We visited several attractions including Toshogu Shrine, but there was so much to see that next time we would like to stay at this Hotel again and take more time to fully enjoy both the places we visited this time as well. Rather than just being near Miho no Matsubara, it felt like there was a Ryokan right within it. You can easily take a walk to Miho no Matsubara and the beach. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we enjoyed the scent of hinoki in the in-room bath. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again.

Conveniently located, reasonably priced, and kept very clean throughout the Facility. It’s also nice to be able to move around the Facility, including the dining area, in Room wear. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed a well-balanced and satisfying meal. I will continue to stay here in the future.

The Room was clean, and it was great that the bath and toilet were separate. Since this trip was partly for work, the breakfast hours were not an issue, but if staying only for business, a 7:00 a.m. breakfast start feels a bit late and might make this Accommodation less likely to be considered.

Being close to the station is everything. No matter what, being close to the station matters most. Getting to the Accommodation can be tough with luggage, but you arrive in no time, which is wonderful. They even offer a welcome drink service—thank you.

The location was excellent, and as a famous spot from *Be-Bop High School*, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were also wonderful. I will come back at a later date to pick up the whiskey I forgot. When staying in Shimizu again, I think I will stay here again. It was a truly wonderful Hotel.
