Reborn as a modern Japanese-style resort Ryokan with an all-inclusive approach, the Property has undergone a complete renovation. From guest rooms, lounges, restaurants, large communal baths, private baths, to the garden, the entire Property has been redesigned with a simple yet tranquil Japanese aesthetic. Renovated in April 2022 as "Mizumari," this historic Ryokan, originating from a tea house established in 1865 (Keio 1st year), offers all rooms with open-air baths, in-room dining, and all-inclusive services. A kids' room is also available, catering to solo travelers and families alike.

From the elevated Property, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Izu Oshima Island, especially on clear days, where you can relish the sunrise over Sagami Bay from your Room. Additionally, the open-air baths feature rock and hinoki cypress tubs, available on a gender-rotating basis.
