Akazawa Guest House, surrounded by crystal-clear seas and unspoiled nature, is a refined Accommodation where you can enjoy a private stay in a serene setting. On an expansive estate of over 1,000 tsubo, we offer 15 guest rooms with open-air baths. We also feature detached villas equipped with private saunas in the room. Each room overlooks a beautiful Japanese garden and the surrounding landscape, showcasing the beauty of Japanese architecture through details such as Ajiro-woven ceilings and Juraku plaster walls. The interior is also designed in calming traditional Japanese style, with a large public bath featuring deep ocean water and private dining rooms where you can savor carefully crafted Japanese cuisine centered on locally sourced ingredients. All guest rooms feature open-air baths with ocean views, offering a prime location overlooking the Izu Islands, including Izu Oshima floating in the Pacific Ocean. At our restaurant, we use seafood from Sagami Bay and carefully selected ingredients from Izu to offer creative Western course menus, Japanese kaiseki-style courses, and shabu-shabu courses. Drinks at the restaurant, lounge access at the café terrace, and in-room refrigerator items are included in the accommodation rate, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable resort stay with magnificent views.

The Room is an apartment-style Japanese-Western suite, featuring a spacious living area of 24 tatami mats or more, plus a Japanese-style room and a bedroom. With a kitchen as well, it’s perfect for a relaxing stay in. Located in Ito—famous for its abundant Onsen water—we offer fresh hot spring water at any time. Supermarkets and convenience stores are within walking distance.\nFree Shuttle Service is available from Ito Station.

Our Facility is a members-only villa resort. On select dates, non-members are also welcome to stay. All rooms in our Facility are equipped with kitchens, allowing you to enjoy cooking with local ingredients sourced from Izu with your companions. There is a supermarket conveniently located just a short drive away! Additionally, the area offers stylish cafes and dining spots, making it a fantastic location. Our Facility also features the Izu Kogen Onsen. This colorless and transparent Onsen contains components that help remove dead skin cells, which are said to promote beautiful skin. The large communal bath includes a spacious indoor bath and an open-air bath. Enjoy a relaxing time in the tranquil atmosphere of Izu Kogen, easily accessible from the city.

Izu MADOKA is located in Higashi-Izu, a popular Onsen area in the Izu region. Izu MADOKA is an exclusive Property available for one group per day, featuring a private Onsen with natural hot spring water and a sauna. The Facility accommodates up to 6 guests, but it is most comfortable for groups of up to 4. Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds and two single mattresses. Guests are also welcome to bring their own tents for an alternative stay experience. Private parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. This 66-square-meter space, filled with the warmth of wood, offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel the gentle breeze and enjoy a slow-paced time. A BBQ can also be enjoyed on the wooden deck. Located about 3 hours from central Tokyo, this is a space where you can relax with family or friends while surrounded by natural beauty, refresh your body and mind in the Onsen, or fully enjoy activities in the mountains or by the sea. We also welcome guests visiting for workation purposes. The Property is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a projector, a printer, a DeLonghi coffee maker, and MIRROR FIT (for quick training sessions during your stay).
