Just steps from the tram stop—perfect as a base for exploring the city! Toyama Castle is also nearby, making it ideal for an evening stroll. Don’t miss the breakfast—highly recommended! The local Toyama ingredients and dishes are delicious. You might end up eating too much.

Depending on the time of day, there were many people and the washing area was full. Also, the bath water was a bit hot. We only had breakfast, but it was delicious and offered a wide variety, which was great. The futon was comfortable to sleep on, but it would have been even better if there were more pillow options.

I drove to Toyama to enjoy sushi, Himi beef, and white shrimp. The parking system was a bit confusing at first, but the Hotel staff were kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. The Hotel has tatami flooring throughout, so you can walk barefoot (if you prefer slippers, please ask at the front desk). There were about four kinds of after-bath ice cream to choose from, which was fun, and the free massage chairs were fantastic.

The all-inclusive plan even includes drinks like 100% orange juice and apple juice. The washing machine is free (the dryer costs 100 yen per 30 minutes), and the massage chair is also free. Overall, it was excellent value for money. There are only two elevators, so they get crowded. When it’s busy, you may have to wait around 30 minutes unless you ride all the way up first and then come back down. A capable staff member with glasses—like a chief—worked efficiently while keeping a warm smile the whole time, which made me feel that APA has secured great talent.

Even though my Reservation was made on the day of arrival, everything went smoothly when I arrived—your service was truly excellent, and I’m very grateful. The well-stocked welcome drinks and the thoroughly cleaned Room made my stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast also had a great variety, and I was very satisfied. Considering the price, both the facilities and service were outstanding in every way. This is my No. 1 Business Hotel of the year. Thank you very much.

We were able to fully enjoy the Onsen in the annex and relax with a leisurely dinner of creative Japanese cuisine. The amenities were well stocked, and there were also activities such as a kids’ playroom, fireworks, and stargazing, making it a family-friendly Accommodation. It would be even better if there were a private dog run.

This was my first solo trip to Toyama, and I chose to stay here. To sum it up: absolutely the right choice, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. Although it’s a small Hotel, the service struck a perfect balance—attentive yet not intrusive—and the entire property felt like an art museum, making every walk through the building genuinely exciting. Even during the Obon holiday period, the large public bath was never crowded, and I was able to use it—along with the sauna area (spa)—almost as if it were private, which was wonderful. Dinner is a course meal that takes about two hours, but everything about it—the taste, portion size, and presentation—was outstanding. Breakfast is Japanese-style, and the freshly cooked rice was unbelievably delicious! I wondered if I could eat that much in the morning, but I finished everything on both days of my two-night stay. Both my Room and all common areas were extremely clean. With such a spacious property you might expect to notice dust or spots that need attention here and there, but everything is carefully cleaned and well maintained. There’s also a waterside area that guests don’t enter—perhaps part of the art—and I was truly impressed to see it being cleaned with a net in the morning. The shop inside is unlike what you find at many Hotels; it also sells carefully curated art pieces. When a small child came in holding a toy stick (there are many glass artworks on display), I felt a bit nervous—but at the same time, I sensed kindness in how things are intentionally displayed so anyone can view them up close. There doesn’t seem to be anything like convenience stores within walking distance around this Hotel. Also, since Toyama Station is quite far away, rather than for sightseeing this place feels ideal for someone like me who wants a quiet retreat-style stay at this Hotel. There’s still more I can’t fully put into words here, but I would love to stay again! Thank you very much for taking such great care of me.

I stayed here for the first time last year and was satisfied overall, so I chose this Accommodation again. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed me to sightsee hands-free. Thank you very much. The Room was comfortable. In particular, the bathtub was spacious so I could relax and recover from fatigue, and the shower water pressure was strong—one of the reasons I returned. I would love to stay here again when visiting Toyama.

I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. Although I initially used the room's bath out of convenience, my body felt stiff, so I decided to visit the large public bath. As expected from an onsen, it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet at Route Inn Group is always excellent, and Toyama Inter is no exception. The menu changes daily, making it a traveler-friendly choice for business trips.

It was our first time staying near Toyama Station, and we stayed as a family. There were three women, but the Room was spacious enough, and it was great to have a facial steamer and massage equipment in the Room, as well as amenities like a choice of shampoo we liked. The location was excellent too. We booked a Plan that included parking, and even though we went in and out several times, they provided us with tickets accordingly, which was very helpful. When we visit Toyama again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The location, staff service, and thoughtful amenities were all excellent. They also upgraded our Room, which made the stay very comfortable. The 24-hour complimentary drinks at the front desk and the cloth hand towels were a nice touch. There were bath salts in the Room, and since I like soaking in the bath, it helped me relax and recover from fatigue. Among the Business Hotels I’ve stayed at, I think this was an overall very good Hotel.

At the IHG Hotel where I always stay, I can enjoy a comfortable stay every time and benefit from various services—thank you very much. During my stay it rained, and I was able to borrow an umbrella when going out. Thank you. The pillow and bed firmness were just right, and I slept soundly. Although it was a seasonally humid and uncomfortable day, the air conditioning worked very well. I received bath salts at check-in, which allowed me to enjoy a pleasantly scented bath—this was wonderful. With four elevators, there was no stress at all when going up or down. Water dispensers were installed on each floor. Instead of providing bottled water as before, this showed consideration for the environment. The breakfast venue was very spacious, with an excellent variety of food and drinks, all of which I enjoyed.

It’s not directly in front of the station, but it’s less than a 5-minute walk, and choosing this Hotel turned out to be absolutely the right decision. The Room is compact, but new and very clean. The stylish interior details and design, the separate bath and toilet, an unpacking rack, and a small sofa made it highly functional and very comfortable to stay in. I also appreciated being able to log into my own account on the TV to watch subscription streaming services. The view from the window was of a parking lot, but personally it didn’t bother me. The in-house Facilities are excellent as well—having “Kurobe no Megumi” water dispensers on every floor was especially convenient. You can fill the provided decanter and enjoy coffee with the Nespresso machine, or chill the water as-is for a refreshing drink when you wake up. There’s a smart shop in the lobby, and it was nice (and very fitting for a JAL-affiliated property) that they sold “Udon desu kai.” At night, the restaurant on the first floor can be used as a bar, and the staff were very friendly. Even staying solo, I felt completely at ease and enjoyed a relaxing time. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with everything. I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Toyama!

We stayed here during the Obon holidays for a three-generation family trip. Maybe it was a special Obon event, but there was an ambayashi and shaved-ice corner, and we ended up relaxing in the lobby for quite a while. We stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room, and it was clean and nice. The building is clean as well. I especially liked the open-air pot bath. We were also able to use the large public bath without it feeling crowded. They offer shampoo rentals, but since it’s first-come, first-served they run out quickly, so I wished there were a system that would allow more guests to use them. We also appreciated having diaper trash bins and board games available to borrow. For dinner we chose the private-room Plan, and it was a very spacious Room that could probably fit around 20 people; tables and chairs were set up on both sides. The individual boat platters for each person were gorgeous—we were very satisfied. We ordered a kids’ meal for our 3-year-old; the website showed udon in the photo, but what came out was soba. Since we hadn’t given our child soba yet, udon (and pudding) would have been easier—perhaps it’s meant for slightly older children. At breakfast there were two kinds of miso soup (seafood and mountain vegetable), and you can choose; we tried both and they were delicious. This is an Accommodation we’d love to return to if we have another chance!

The Room features Ryukyu-style tatami mats, which may be especially appealing to female guests, and the overall atmosphere felt like a Ryokan with the convenience of a Business Hotel, which was very nice. There is an irori hearth in the breakfast venue, and it was great to be able to eat around it. It would have been even better if a real fire had been lit at night.

I stayed here last year and chose it for its convenient location right in front of the station for sightseeing in Toyama. It was great to have a bath, and the complimentary coffee service was a nice touch. Best of all was the excellent breakfast— I was impressed by the wide variety of freshly made sushi. Of course, everything else was delicious too, and I was completely satisfied! Done for my next stay as well.

This time I booked a No Meals Included plan, so I can’t comment on the food, but the service (front desk and parking staff) was excellent and made my stay very pleasant. The Facility was also very well maintained for the price, and I was satisfied. There is a large public bath as well, which was perfect for me since I’m not a fan of unit baths. The location and adjacent parking were convenient too, and when I visit Toyama again, this Hotel will be the first one I look up.

After checking out, I took the Shinkansen departing Toyama Station at 7:43. Since the breakfast buffet starts at 6:30, I thought I would only have about an hour to eat, but it was fine. The salmon ochazuke was delicious. When I asked to store my luggage before check-in, I was able to use a locker near the entrance—free of charge and with a PIN code that you set yourself. There is a laundry line above the bathtub, which was convenient. Note that the air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the Hotel. They also have a library selection of books, but since I received a morning newspaper, I ended up focusing on that instead.

Drink bar (including alcohol), ramen, ochazuke, and ice cream You don’t often find a Hotel with so many thoughtful extras. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Toyama.

Overall, everything was great—the location, the Room amenities, the public bath, and the staff service. We also enjoyed Toyama’s delicious water from the water dispensers on each floor. If I had to mention one thing, around 08:00 the breakfast dining area was very crowded, and since our table was near the entrance, there was a lot of foot traffic and it was hard to eat at a relaxed pace. I expect this could be avoided by going earlier.
