Yudanaka Onsen Yasuragi-kan offers the enjoyment of the natural flow of hot spring water from Asayo Onsen. You can indulge in the ancient-style baths, featuring a fragrant cypress bath and a tile-constructed bath, as well as the Ryugu Bath, which boasts a spacious and open atmosphere with large windows. The 22-tatami spacious Room allows for a comfortable stay even for large groups. Additionally, the men's and women's baths switch after dinner and breakfast, allowing you to enjoy both styles. We take great care to prepare the seasonal flavors of Shinshu in the most delicious way possible.

The Japanese garden with only 6 properties offers a relaxing space illuminated by over 100 soft lamps. All guests are gifted 30 minutes of free private bath use, ensuring a private stay. Meals feature colorful kaiseki cuisine centered on seasonal ingredients from Shinshu, with Shinshu brand beef raised on apples as the main dish.

In the winter season, the Property is located just a 0-minute walk from the slopes! While access to the Property is via a snowcat, you can immediately enjoy skiing and snowboarding. Additionally, the Property's own gymnasium and grounds are available for training camps and tournaments. Later, the Onsen-ji Temple was established through the contributions of the Sengoku warlord Takeda Shingen. During the battles of Kawanakajima, Shibu Onsen served as a healing place for wounded soldiers. The first proprietor of Kokuya, Ichizaemon, originally ran a rice merchant business called Kokuya but later opened an inn for travelers. Since then, the Property has been cherished by guests, and the current proprietor is the 16th generation.
