Hotarutei Villas is a luxurious private villa that opened in October 2023. The space, exceeding 100 square meters, features two bedrooms, a spacious living room, an open terrace, and an open-air hot spring bath with natural flowing water, offering a luxurious experience in harmony with nature. During your stay, enjoy meals made with the finest local ingredients from Nagano at "Hotarutei," a restaurant housed in a modernly renovated traditional farmhouse over 170 years old. With the concept of "Onkotakushin – Learning from the past to create the new," we provide a rich and relaxing time in a space where tradition and modernity blend seamlessly.

Located on a hilltop, our guest rooms on the upper floors and the open-air baths on the top floor offer breathtaking views of the majestic mountain ranges of Northern Shinshu. Relax and unwind while enjoying the onsen loved by enthusiasts and the scenic mountains of Shinshu. Guests staying with us can enjoy free access to three public baths in Yudanaka Onsen nearby. Additionally, our rooftop offers a private open-air bath surrounded by mountains, available for 40 minutes at 2,000 yen. A short drive will take you to Shibu Onsen or Shiga Kogen, and during summer months, Kusatsu Onsen is about an 80-minute drive away—making this area perfect for onsen lovers. In front of the Takamagahara ski slope in Shiga Kogen. After skiing, refresh your body and mind at the highest natural Onsen in Shiga Kogen. Meals are prepared daily, and children's meals are available for toddlers. Rooms range from 6 to 18 tatami mats and are equipped with a bidet toilet, washbasin, safe, TV, and telephone. Additionally, cooler box rentals and an ice vending machine are available at the front desk.

Yudanaka Onsen Yasuragi-kan offers the enjoyment of the natural flow of hot spring water from Asayo Onsen. You can indulge in the ancient-style baths, featuring a fragrant cypress bath and a tile-constructed bath, as well as the Ryugu Bath, which boasts a spacious and open atmosphere with large windows. The 22-tatami spacious Room allows for a comfortable stay even for large groups. Additionally, the men's and women's baths switch after dinner and breakfast, allowing you to enjoy both styles. We take great care to prepare the seasonal flavors of Shinshu in the most delicious way possible.

At this property, boasting abundant onsen and large baths, you can fully enjoy the seasonal scenery of Shiga Kogen through the open windows. The 10-tatami Japanese-style room, accommodating 2-6 people, is equipped with a TV, refrigerator, and hot water pot. Meals are prepared using local mountain vegetables, ensuring a healthy and universally appealing taste. Kumanoyu and Yokoteyama Ski Resorts are about a 5-minute drive away, and we also offer free Shuttle Service to the slopes.
