Opened on September 2, 2007. Named “Masuichi Kyakuden” from the owner’s wish: “We would have loved to welcome you into our own home…”. Designed by architect John Morford—who also designed “Kurabu” and the main store of Masuichi Ichimura Sake Brewery—this Accommodation is his vision of where he would want to stay when visiting Obuse. Centered around three earthen storehouses relocated from a long-established sugar wholesaler in Nagano, it comprises seven wooden buildings, with interiors fully furnished in Western style.

Hotarutei Villas is a luxurious private villa that opened in October 2023. The space, exceeding 100 square meters, features two bedrooms, a spacious living room, an open terrace, and an open-air hot spring bath with natural flowing water, offering a luxurious experience in harmony with nature.
