At Unno-juku, where sericulture was nurtured, we perceive silk threads as part of our "everyday life," and Joshuya serves as a place to untangle those threads. Joshuya welcomes you with three unique spaces: a Löyly sauna, a bedroom overlooking the street, OMOYA. A bedroom utilizing a sericulture building, OKAIKO. A Property boasting an open-air Onsen with a panoramic view, accessible via a mountain train at an altitude of 1,000 meters. The Property features its own dedicated mountain train, which takes you to the panoramic open-air Onsen "Kumo-no-Suke." From the Onsen, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Yatsugatake, Tateshina, and Saku Plain. In August 2024, the Property will reopen as "Kumojo no Teishajo," an Onsen Facility accessible by mountain train, featuring an infinity panoramic open-air Onsen, sauna, and a café & bar. Enjoy a world of relaxation above the clouds aboard the mountain train. For dining, we offer dishes that highlight local and seasonal ingredients.
