I stayed here on a business trip. My schedule might have been shortened, so I made two separate one-night reservations, but they kindly treated it as a Multiple Night Stay, which left a great impression from check-in. I had meals at the Annex across the street, and the buffet offered a great variety. The limited-quantity French toast was delicious. I was also happy with the complimentary Thai-style ochazuke served at night. The TV lets you log in to apps like Netflix and YouTube with your own account, which was another plus. I’m more of a coffee person and would be disappointed with only tea, but they provide drip coffee as well along with the amenities. If I have another business trip to Utsunomiya, I’d like to stay again.

I had a very comfortable stay. It was close to the station and very convenient. I was impressed that the skincare products at the amenities bar were Sekkisei. This time I booked No Meals Included, but I would have liked to try the breakfast if I had the chance.

This was my first time visiting Utsunomiya, and I stayed here. I often use Hotel Mets in other locations, so I booked with confidence. Since I used self check-in, I did not have much interaction with staff and cannot really comment on service, but the Hotel has a stylish atmosphere overall. The Room was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and I had a comfortable stay. I think Hotel Mets is great wherever you go!

The location was excellent, and the staff were kind. The free coffee was a nice bonus, and I was lucky to be able to watch the streetcars from the breakfast area window. There’s also a dumpling restaurant, an izakaya, and a convenience store in the same building, so everything you need is right there.

The Room was spacious, and the shower water pressure in the bathroom was strong and very pleasant. Breakfast was not buffet-style; there was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. One drawback: we were tired and ordered room service, but the food arrived cold and was delivered on a tray rather than a cart, so my spouse and I ended up eating in separate places. I hope you will consider making improvements.

Conveniently located near the station, with a 7-Eleven downstairs, making it easy to find. The front desk is right by the lobby entrance. The elevators are close, and the breakfast restaurant is also nearby. The Room is compact, but the unit bath is spacious and the bathtub is generously sized. Above all, it’s clean and new. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including items unique to Utsunomiya, which was very satisfying. I would like to stay again.

As this is a historic Hotel, the building is not new, but it was very clean and I felt comfortable staying there. I was also very pleased with the amenities such as mineral water, earplugs, and an eye mask. The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. It has become one of the Hotels I would like to stay at again.

The stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, but there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the hallway on the floor we stayed on. Perhaps it used to be a smoking floor? The Room had an air purifier, so it didn’t bother us. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I stay here once a year when MEET THE BEAT! is held. Free parking and within walking distance of the station, yet reasonably priced. The Room had also been renovated and was very clean. I will stay here again next year. Thank you.

I stayed one night in a Single Room. It was close to the station, the Room was clean, and the bathtub was large, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious.

All the staff, the meals, and the welcome drink service were truly wonderful. Because the bath is time-slot based, it was marked as crowded the whole time. Even after waiting until the last possible minute, the crowded sign never disappeared, so I decided to go anyway. However, there are only a few washing stations, and when someone was waiting behind me I felt rushed and couldn’t relax. If it’s like this on a weekday, I wonder if it gets even more crowded on weekends or holidays? Still, the staff’s pleasant greetings and kind check-ins made me feel very welcome, and I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

About a 20-minute walk from Utsunomiya Station. There are no convenience stores nearby, so it’s best to buy what you need in advance. The complimentary late-night curry service (until 8:30 PM) was very helpful. The Hotel vending machines are very reasonably priced. There is a clean public bath that can fit about five people, but it is for men only. The Room TV even supports YouTube and smartphone mirroring. I was traveling alone, but the twin Room was spacious. Breakfast isn’t luxurious, but it offers a well-balanced selection—from Japanese side dishes to bread, coffee, and juice. A Hotel with excellent value for money.

I arrived before the check-in time, but they kindly allowed me to check in a little early and even upgraded my Room, which I truly appreciated. The Room was clean and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were efficient and helpful. The miso soup was especially good, and every side dish was excellent. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

This capsule Hotel offers outstanding value for money. The bath area is small, but the Facility is sufficient for bathing. It also comes with a sauna, which is a great bonus at this price.

Conveniently located near the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, at the edge of the nightlife district. The Facility is also new, so it felt clean and well maintained.

The bed was large, and I slept comfortably. I used the underground parking garage, and it was great that my passengers could stay in the car while using it—it was my first time experiencing that.

The Facility was clean and I really liked it. I will stay again.
