The location is excellent and very convenient with parking available. The area is perfect for exploring and dining, so you'll never have trouble finding something to eat. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing—too basic, to be honest. Considering Utsunomiya's specialty is mainly gyoza, it might be understandable, but overall it was still a good Hotel.

The location, service, and facilities offered more value than the price. I had a pleasant stay and would like to use it again.

It was within walking distance of the station, which was very convenient. The Room size was just right, and the free bread and coffee were nice. However, when I was heading to the station before 8:00 a.m. after check-in, a group of people were shouting loudly, so I felt the area wasn’t very safe. If you take that into consideration, it’s reasonably priced and I would recommend it.

All the staff, the meals, and the welcome drink service were truly wonderful. Because the bath is time-slot based, it was marked as crowded the whole time. Even after waiting until the last possible minute, the crowded sign never disappeared, so I decided to go anyway. However, there are only a few washing stations, and when someone was waiting behind me I felt rushed and couldn’t relax. If it’s like this on a weekday, I wonder if it gets even more crowded on weekends or holidays? Still, the staff’s pleasant greetings and kind check-ins made me feel very welcome, and I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!
