Kawawacho Station × Highly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan

I stayed here for business. I chose this Hotel because it’s close to my client’s company and the parking looked easy to use—and it was the perfect choice! The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and the Room was clean. I slept well and felt truly relaxed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

As it’s a new Hotel, it was very clean, the Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay there! I was also very satisfied with the separate roomwear. However, the convenience store is a bit far, and depending on which ticket gate you exit at Yokohama Station, the route can be hard to find.

I was very satisfied because the complimentary amenities suited my skin type. The staff were excellent, and since I had some time before check-in, I waited in the lobby and they kindly offered an early check-in. Their explanations were clear and very helpful. It was also very convenient to be able to check the coin laundry availability on the Room TV.

It was conveniently located near the station. The automated check-in was also very convenient. The Room was well cleaned and very tidy. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I was satisfied. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

I thought it might be an old Hotel, but the entire building has been renovated and was very clean!! The unit bath was also very clean, and the shower curtain was hygienic with no unpleasant musty odor. It was also nice that most of the in-room Facility items were from Japanese brands. For reference, the hair dryer was Panasonic, the electric kettle was Zojirushi, and the mug cup was Narumi. The front desk staff were Japanese, and check-in/out service was smooth. I was also impressed by how delicious the complimentary breakfast was. You can choose a main fish such as salmon, hokke (Atka mackerel), or sanma (Pacific saury). You can choose three small side dishes from several options. It came with rice, miso soup, and pickles—an ideal Japanese breakfast. I would like to stay here again.

I visited Yokohama for a concert, and the service was excellent. Free drinks are available 24 hours a day. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and I could use it until 1:00 a.m. There were Dyson and Tifal hair dryers, so my hair dried quickly. The amenities included the N series, which I was happy about. The Room had been renovated and was clean and spacious, so I felt it was great value and I was very satisfied. If I have another chance to go to Yokohama, I would like to stay again.

This Hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama. I think it’s a very good Hotel. The shampoo and other amenities are high quality, and I have no complaints. If I had to mention any drawbacks, the shower temperature can be a bit tricky to adjust, and the TV is slightly small. Even then, those are only minor inconveniences if you really look for them. It’s an excellent Hotel for the price, so I will definitely stay here again.

The area isn’t very safe due to the location, but once inside, it was so clean that I felt at ease. The bathtub was spacious, and it was fun being able to switch between different shower heads. The selectable bath salts and the POLA hand soap also smelled wonderful. There were blinds by the sink area in front of the bathroom, which made me feel more comfortable, and opening them made the Room look larger—really nice. I expected a typical business hotel, but it was very clean! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and mirroring worked too. Also, I personally loved the drip bag coffee and lemon mint tea—they were delicious and made me happy. For eco reasons there wasn’t bottled water in the Room (it seems you can get some by following their Instagram), but there was a water dispenser system where you go fill up yourself, and it was great to have both room-temperature water and cold water. The BALMUDA electric kettle looked stylish too—big plus points. The Superior Double bed was extremely comfortable as well. I want to go to Royal Host next time! Very satisfied!

It had been a while since I last enjoyed a Hotel vacation. The heat had been lingering and I was tired from work, but I was able to refresh and feel back to normal. I love the Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Sorry for spilling the soy sauce. I’ll be back again. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke even while you’re at work.

The Room is spacious! The toilet and bath are separate! Children’s amenities are provided, along with towels for Child Sharing Existing Bedding! Breakfast is available free of charge! The staff were very courteous! We were extremely satisfied, and our child said, “I want to stay here again!” Thank you very much!

I stayed for one night on 6/17. The Hotel is close to the station and easy to find, with izakayas, cafes, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. The welcome drink right after arrival and the all-you-can-drink alcohol service were absolutely amazing! All the staff were very kind and polite, which made my stay truly pleasant. A passcode is required to enter the large public bath, and you receive a paper with it at check-in. I realized I had forgotten mine just before the entrance, and when I headed back toward the elevator, a staff member said, “Did you forget your paper? I’ll give it to you now.” I was so impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you so much! The Room was small due to the location, and the sink area was also compact, but that was about the only thing that stood out—overall it was a great Hotel. I’m glad my mother and I chose to stay here for our trip. If we have another chance, we’d love to stay again! *At check-in, we were assisted by someone on their first day who was giving their first explanation. It was very convenient—less than a 5-minute walk to Yokohama Arena. Breakfast was served at an Italian restaurant, so we could enjoy both Japanese and Italian dishes. It was quiet and relaxing.

I had plans in Yokohama over the weekend, and since there was a chance the Shinkansen might be suspended due to the typhoon, I made an Accommodation Reservation here for the night before, just in case. However, just minutes before Shin-Yokohama, an earthquake occurred along the line and the Shinkansen service was suspended. An announcement said there was no estimate for resumption, and it truly didn’t seem like we would be moving anytime soon. Thinking I might not arrive at the Hotel until late at night or even early morning, I contacted you to explain the situation. You kindly told me to take care and that arriving at any time would be fine, which really put my mind at ease. When I finally arrived and checked in, your warm words—“You must be tired; please rest well”—were truly comforting. Unfortunately, because of the weather I couldn’t enjoy the view from the Room on the 31st floor that you had prepared for me, but I’ll look forward to it next time I visit Yokohama. I stayed with a friend for a fan meeting. We may have taken the wrong exit at Yokohama Station and ended up taking quite a detour, but if you follow the proper route there’s no problem at all. When we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly, which made us feel very welcome. The Room had a lovely atmosphere, and the bed was wonderfully soft. I usually can’t sleep if I stack two pillows, but I slept comfortably here! My friend, who often feels tired when staying at a Hotel, said “This place has good energy,” and was able to relax a lot. There are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel as well, it’s close to the station, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

The amenities were excellent. They seemed to have changed from before, but I really liked the body wash—it lathered well. The body towel was just the right softness, and I enjoyed a very comfortable bath time. The toothbrush was also soft and made it easy to brush my teeth. For breakfast, you choose one main dish, and items like salad, bread, and rice are served buffet-style. I also liked the previous style of choosing either a Japanese or Western set breakfast, but with the buffet I could enjoy as much of what I like as I want, which was great. I will visit again. I love Manyo-no-Yu’s hydrogen-rich water bath because it leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. Manyo-no-Yu also offers both Japanese and Western breakfast options, and during a Multiple Night Stay I enjoy choosing whichever I feel like each morning. I’d like to stay at more Manyo-no-Yu locations in the future.

It’s the best in so many ways. I live in Shin-Yokohama, and because I work in customer service, I sometimes get worn out from being around people. So I stay at Fuji View Hotel to relax and recharge. If only the Onsen were great, I could just come for the Onsen, but the meals are delicious as well, and the staff’s attentive yet not intrusive service lets me truly rest and unwind. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for the first time because I had a concert. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay. There were no particular inconveniences. The front desk staff were foreigners, but their Japanese was excellent and they assisted me politely with a wonderful smile. It’s a Hotel that made me want to make another Reservation.

I had reserved a single Room, but due to an issue with the Room, I was offered a larger twin Room instead. It felt almost too spacious for one person, but the extra space was very helpful for everything. It felt more like being at home than staying at a Hotel. The bathroom was also large, and although it was just one night, I was able to relax. The items in the Room were simple and included only what I needed, which suited me perfectly. The Hotel is also very close to the station, and there are several convenience stores and restaurants along the way, making it a convenient location. If I have another opportunity, I would be happy to stay again. Thank you very much.
