I stayed here on the way back after picking up my family at Haneda Airport. You pass through the Grand-side lobby, but it was crowded and noisy with inbound travelers, so choosing this place was the right decision. With its location near Haneda Airport, a natural Onsen, spacious Rooms, and excellent hospitality, we were able to enjoy an escape from everyday life without leaving Tokyo. When it’s hard for the whole family to travel far, I’d like to stay here again as a mini getaway.

Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful time. Ahead of my daughter’s overseas trip, we stayed here before her departure. This was our second stay, and once again we were able to spend a very comfortable time. As my birthday was coming up, when we entered the Room there was an adorable towel cake and a gift of sweets prepared for us. I was truly moved by the unexpected, heartwarming surprise. Taking photos with my daughter around the towel cake also became one of the lovely memories of this trip. Through your thoughtful, understated kindness, we could really feel your warm hospitality toward us as guests, and it made us very happy. Once again we had a pleasant stay, and it reaffirmed that choosing this Hotel was the right decision. I sincerely appreciate the attentive care shown by all the staff. We would love to stay again.

I stayed here to catch an international flight departing in the morning. This was my second stay, following last year. As soon as you leave the Hotel, you’re at the departure lobby, and both check-in and check-out are smooth, so it’s stress-free. The Room I used had a separate bath and toilet, which made it very convenient. I was also happy that the amenities were Decorté. Some beds don’t suit me, but at this Hotel I didn’t hurt my back at the start of my trip, and I felt reassured even for a long flight afterward. I have no complaints. I’d like to stay again.

I felt safe and comfortable thanks to the women-only floor. The Room was spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. Using the lockable luggage storage area helped free up even more space in the Room, which was great. The toilets and shower rooms were also very well cleaned. However, it was frustrating that someone who arrived late at night reorganized their luggage in the hallway and made a lot of noise. I think it would be even more comfortable if there were a clear notice asking guests to do any major luggage sorting between 22:00 and 6:00 in shared areas rather than in the hallway.
