The "T-REEF Vacation House" project, revitalizing vacant homes in the Shonan-Kamakura area, offers a vacation house. Overlooking Zaimokuza Beach, it is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the sea. The second-floor space of a standalone house in Kamakura Zaimokuza, quietly observing its history, is designed for comfort and accommodates up to two people for long-term stays. It is fully equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, and foot-washing area.

Long-term use is also available. If you wish to stay for an extended period, please feel free to contact us. We will check the availability for you! Our Facility, which you can exclusively use, is located in an isolated area, ensuring that you won't encounter any nearby residents or staff. You can enjoy a relaxing lifestyle, whether it's a workation with an ocean view, exploring Zushi Marina or Kamakura, or simply unwinding. Additionally, the surrounding area offers plenty of recommended spots, such as the sea, Japanese restaurants serving delicious local seafood, parks for children, hiking trails, and the beaches of Zushi Marina and Zaimokuza, all within walking distance.
