Above all, we have put the most effort into our concierge service. Once we receive your Reservation, your dedicated concierge will first contact you by email or phone. We will listen to your requests, make suggestions as needed, and prepare personalized hospitality for each guest.During your stay, one dedicated concierge will be assigned exclusively to your group. While we are not former concierges from a luxury Hotel, we are committed to providing the best hospitality possible. For example, if you ask, “Please arrange a cake from Le Meur Kamakurayama for a celebration,” or “Please pick up Kurumicco from Kamakura Benitani as a souvenir,” we will do our best to help.For active guests, we offer e-bikes, electric scooters, and pedal-assist bicycles for smooth travel on busy roads, as well as sand-play and sea-fishing sets and SUP boards. For guests who prefer to relax at home, we provide a rooftop BBQ set, sauna, and jacuzzi bath. In the LDK area, you can also enjoy AV equipment for various games, cooking tools and tableware of all kinds, and the latest massage chair—all available free of charge.Please enjoy an extraordinary escape surrounded by the sea and mountains of historic Kamakura.
