The "T-REEF Vacation House" project, revitalizing vacant homes in the Shonan-Kamakura area, offers a vacation house. Overlooking Zaimokuza Beach, it is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the sea. The second-floor space of a standalone house in Kamakura Zaimokuza, quietly observing its history, is designed for comfort and accommodates up to two people for long-term stays. It is fully equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, and foot-washing area.

About an hour from the city center and 10 minutes from the historic city of Kamakura, Riviera Zushi Marina, a marina resort with a 50-year history as one of Japan's premier marinas, spans 50,000 tsubo and features a harbor, restaurants, and various Facilities. Within this marina resort, a small luxury Hotel grand opened in March 2020. Surrounded by the Shonan sea, with a stunning location featuring a palm tree-lined avenue stretching straight ahead and a view of Mount Fuji beyond the vast ocean, the Hotel offers 11 all-suite rooms, each over 50㎡.
